The machine is good. Cleans well with minimal water. My only complaint is no ability to add additional water for large loads to fully cover items.

Can do all my laundry for a week in one load and everything is sparkly clean. Easy to use.

Big enough for king size bedding. I even washed all of the pillows to just try it out! It is great. I am 5'5 and can reach the bottom. I call it my unintentional yoga!

I really like this washer. Great capacity, I love that I can wash huge loads, including king size comforters. The only drawback, is when the drum is slightly off balance, the machine detects and basically starts over automatically. You could spend all day washing the same load, if you can't get the weight shifted around just right.

This is a great washer; the capacity is unbelievable and it is so easy to operate.

So far I love this washer! It has a deep tub for blankets and quilts. I loaded a queen bedspread and blanket in one load and washed on the bedding cycle very clean. The only problem was that the older front load dryer I have was to small for both blankets to dry at the same time. The washer weighs the loads and uses the perfect amount of water for each load which I love!

I needed a washing machine that was efficient, but couldnt afford the good brand, so i decided to invest in an open box model. the best idea i ever had, this machine not only makes my clothe spotless but is very efficient with water and electricity saving me even more money i mean what else is there to say except " AWESOME"

washer has issue with bulky items. I hate having to rearrange my comforter multiple times during the cycle in order for it to complete

This is an ok washer. Has some great features and that's why I purchased it. However, the quality isn't what I expected from Samsung. The tub is massive which is great for our large family. I love the soak tub. I previously had an Electrolux front loader, which I loved and the cloths come out almost dry! With this washer, the cloths are still very wet and I often need to do an extra spin cycle and they are still very wet, especially towels. I mean wet as in heavy to lift out of the washer even after 2nd spin cycle. This means they take hours to dry in the dryer. It's not quite as bad with those, except for jeans. They sometimes come out pretty wet still.

I just happen to be in Best Buy looking for a TV and wandered over to the appliance section since I needed new appliances. Very happy with the this machine.

Huge space. You can put 2 comforters in a single wash. Highly energy effecient.

Love this washer and will never purchase frontal loading washer again. By design, this washer ensures no water is left behind -- which helps prevent bad odor over time (mildew). Very, very quiet and does fantastic job with large loads. Extremely happy with purchase -- washer features and quality of display. Highly recommend.

This washer has so many options and cycle types to accommodate to any type of load. It's not that loud and it comes with that extra option of pre-rinsing and washing an article on top. This is a great add-in especially for someone who does not have a sink in their laundry room and wants to rinse or scrub a shirt stain. I love it!
