It has a slick look and I love the basin feature on top where I can scrub stains on an item on top of the washing machine as it is loading and then dump it with the rest of the clothes being washed. My only regret is that, me not being very tall, it is hard to collect the clothing at the bottom of the drum when the wash cycle is finished. Something to consider for not so tall people. I'm 5'3" and my arms do not reach to the bottom of the drum.

I actually enjoy washing clothes again, can even get my king sized comforter in there to wash.

I really do love this washer and all the features it comes with, however within 2-3 weeks from delivery I've already had issues. I hope this isn't going to be a reoccurring thing with this washer, but after a load of laundry was finished, water continued to pour into my washer, filling up the tub. It's good thing I caught it, otherwise I'm sure it would of overflowed. After doing research of the problem and the only solution to stopping the washer from filling, was to turn the water line valve off, the washer's inlet valve malfunctioned and stopped working, allowing water to continue to pour. Thankfully I have the Geek Squad protection for 3 years, but I really hope this won't be a reoccurring thing. Other than this issue, it's an all around great washer. I'm still learning how to use it's many features.

I got this washer because my previous one was recalled within a week of purchase in 2016. Like the previous model I had, this ones controls are awesome. Very easy to figure out, the presets do well. Sometimes it may seem like the wash cycle itself may drag on but I think it's easy to judge for yourself depending on what is in the load to make changes to any settings. The sink on top is a plus, any stains that need to be addressed before throwing something in a load has been made convenient.

The lid is top heavy because of the hand wash option. I have a hard time keeping the lid fully opened because I have cabinets above and by a smudge it does open fully. With the weight of the hand-wash basin it weighs it down and has slammed me in the head a few times. With the hand-wash basin down it does stay open. It is water efficient so I notice that the method scent beads I use don't always fully dissolve.

Samsung makes great products and this washer is proof...cleans perfect an fast and uses very little water

Love the way it looks, and it works really well. Only issue is how deep it is it's hard to reach items at the bottom.

Bought this and the matching drier kinda on am impulse buy cuz I needed them anyway... Couldn't be happier with the pair.

With the larger capacity, it makes life easier. I’m doing half the amount of loads.

This washercan handle large active family loads and also gets bedding clean. I highly recommend it.

Washer allows to load a lot of items. I just was washing one cover that got very heavy when soaked. The washer wasn't able to spin and was repeating the cycle over and over again. Even rearranging the load didn't help.. I don't think I buy top load washer any more.

I like the machine, great smart features and saves the electricity. Has many functions. 4/5!

Huge. Absolutely love it. We are able to wash bigger loads and our King size comforter without a problem.
