I really like the installed sink for pretreating and soaking, but this washer has two significant flaws that make me wish I purchased a different washer. The first flaw is that this washer struggles with large items like blankets. It will repearedly go off balance then refill with water to try to rebalance and then during the alin part of the cycle go off balance, it will repeat this until it no longer is off balance during the spin cycle. However this can take many attempts which means hours and lots and lots of water. I almost always have to go up, manually reshuffle the wet linens and hope that it works. The other major flaw is its smart features. They only are active if you press the button on the machine to activate them everytime you do a load. Also the samsung smart things server is very erratic to the point that I dont use this feature often, better to get the cheaper non smart version, and one that can do blankets.

Everything we needed in a washer. Quick wash, extra hot sanitizing feature great for washing towels.

Black Friday deal, well worth the price. Connects to Samsung's Smartthings and other services (Google, IFTTT, etc). Allows for some remote control, but mainly checking status and being notified of cycle ending on your phone. (Ask Google for the status anywhere Assistant runs in your home)

This washer is wonderful! All of the settings including steam, means you can wash even the most delicate clothing. Connects wireless to my phone and Samsung smart TV wirelessly through my WIFI. My wife loves it when the TV let's us know when the clothes finish washing!

I bought this washer a few months ago, biggest mistake ever. I have had 2 technicians stop by and switch parts out in it within a 6 month period. It leaves 80% of stains on the clothes. They come out looking like all I did was submerge the clothes in water. A lot of times, after a wash cycle, the water isn’t drained out, it’s completely full when it says it’s supposedy finished. When I select “Spin”, the washer drains the water, refills it, and again, doesn’t drain it. Please contact me if it is possible to exchange it.

Had one of the previous models of this washer, I like this one much better. . I had my new appliances delivered on Feb 24th 2017, replacing the ones i lost in Hurricane Matthew. September 4th Hurricane Irma decided to take the new ones. Best Buy had an amazing sale and their customer service was awesome.

Very hesitant after reading reviews from multiple sites, but have had no issues so far. Very quiet. A lot of different settings still trying out. Only issue I have found so far is towels seem to be more wet after washing than my previous HE washer and take longer to dry.

We bought this Samsung steam washer after reading many reviews of washing machines. This was the highest rated machine. We are extremely happy with this unit. The steam cycle really makes a big difference. Very happy camper.

I had a front load washer before buying this one. My clothes would come out more wet and would take longer to dry. However with this Samsung washer my clothes come out less saturated which makes drying time less. Love this machine! I have the Samsung dryer as well and I am very happy with both.

My washer went out and the one i wanted everyone was sold out. I came across this one and hesitated to get it but I'm so glad I decided to get it. I love the different setting on it and I love the fact that I can set it and use it with smarthings.

The washer performed as advertised, Easy to set up and operate at first time. Solid construction and equipped with the latest technology. Based on where I stationed the unit it was some what difficult to connect to my WiFi in order to enjoy other benefit that comes with it.

Was excited to finally stop skimping on washers and get a brand new one and I'm so glad I did. This thing works incredibly well and has met all my needs this far. Short folks beware though, you'll probably have to use a stepping stool to reach the bottom of the tub.

This is an excellent washer, better at removing all types of stains. It also comes with several selections of wash cycles and is designed for deep cleaning, bedding cyle, steam saznitzing and quick wash as well.

Great washer with tons of features including sanitize setting and has a large washtub. Unfortunately it’s too big. My wife needs a step stool to get all the clothes out of the bottom of the drum.

The annoying giant plastic thing in the lid makes it difficult for me to get the soap in. Also, the completely flat top SEEMS like it would be nice, until clothes start falling back behind the washer. Not designed well for the end-user.

This is my 3rd Samsung and I should of learned my lesson the first time. They all break within the first year multiple times. Computer, mother board has went out. Screen freezes and can’t press buttons. All within the first year. I am currently out of warranty and the repair man didn’t even show up when I called the week before the warranty went out. This is expensive garbage. I will never buy Samsung again.
