The delivery guys were beyond awesome.They opened cellar door and were great. Machine set up ant tested. Of course wash machine awesome too.Quiet with many options. I am truly impressed and happy with purchase.

The front loaders have their problems but they are avoidable by keeping the seal clean. At least with front loaders the close are tumbling through the lower amount of water. I don’t feel that there is enough water for a top loader and I can’t fill up the basin and soak my clothes. I want a new machine but wish I could adjust water amount for soaking or just peace of mind because it’s hard to believe it’s getting clean when the clothes are barely covered.

This washing machine has so many different wash settings and I love the built in wash basin which is perfect since I do not have a sink in my laundry room. Highly recommend this product.

I love this washer and the hand-wash feature! I’m average height and the washer is a little deep for me, kinda hard to empty. Other than that great washer!

So this is my first Samsung washer. So far so good , I like the feature where it memorizes your washing pattern and you can just use the option to wash a load that was previously washed.

I love my new washer! I replaced my old front load Samsung with this washer and couldn't be happier. Big improvement in how well the clothes are washed! My old washer was 9 years old...

So far we are enjoying this setup. I wish the app worked a bit better for the machines but overall they wash our clothes pretty good. Love the steam features as well.

I really love this washer! I like the sound it makes when it done u can hear it from the other side of the house. The pre soak setting is great!

Coming from an old wash machine with an agitator, this thing is just awesome. We still haven’t made use of all the settings. Our two year old loves the song it plays when it’s done ha

Only problem is, they put the handle for the sink in the middle, so every time you go to open th ewasher, it separtes the washer lid and the sink...huge pain.

I still do not know how all the functions on this beautiful piece of machinery works. But it is shiny and Chrome! But I did buy it for nearly 50% off and it is a fairly new product.

I love my new washer. Its so easy to use and I love the timer. It makes so easy to plan what i need to do and I can fit more laundry in one load than I could in 2 loads of my old washer.

We had LG washer and dryer and our washer blew up. Literally! We purchased the Samsung set to replace the LG & so far have been very happy.

You would think with all the features on the display it would be difficult to understand and use. Not the case. Design of console is nicely design and easy to sort out.

I don’t have any complaints. The self clean is amazing. Steam options are great. Doesn’t get rid of all hair but idk if any washers do

I bought all Samsung matching smart appliances including washer and dryer in black stainless steel. I only Shop at Best Buy. They have the best products in stock and best prices.

I live on a farm and needed a heavy duty and deep washer. It was just what I needed and more. I wash one load and have to use my old dryer to dry it all n three loads.

Just replaced a recalled washer with this one and so far so good. Looks to be a bit quieter than the last one we had and seems to do a great job cleaning.

Installation was a breeze. All the instructions for setup and use are easy to understand. Perfect for the price! Great addition to our new home.
