We love the machine it has all the bells and whistles. One thing is missing is the ability to communicate with Alexa. But overall it’s a great product

This washer has a presoak and steam wash. This washer can do it all. If you have kids or animals are you spill wine alot. You can handle the problem with ease!

This is the 4 th time we have had delivered- first was tub damage/recall- second had a dent - 3 a dent on the 4th - seems to be ok- still testing.

Good quality machine. First load we did took 4 hours to wash due to our machine being unlevel. Installers did not level it!!

It's so quiet compared to my previous washing machine that I needed to check it 5 times during its first cycle to make sure it was still running!

Exactly what we needed for a family of 5, kid friendly they wash their own now, and phone alerts are a big help since our laundry is in the basement.

Huge capacity, love the touch panel controls and smart Home feature. First steam washer I’ve had and really like that function for sheets and towels.

Good washer but I donike the scrub top and the screen is not sensitive enough to the touch. Overall is a good washer

This washer was used to replace the recalled Samsung washer. It works great and cleans clothes well. Samsung made good on the refund check quickly.

I absolutely love this washer especially the smart button that lets me know how much time is left till it's done on my phone.

Bought this washer because we liked the large capacity. However, I can't reach far enough into the tub to extract clothes from the tub. It's very deep so at 5'5" I have to keep a small step stool in the laundry room to remove clothes after the wash. The cycles offered on the panel seem to be programmed for very long cycle times which I don't like. The built in sink gets in the way if you're not using it.

The Samsung washer was a much needed replacement for our Whirlpool. The finish is spectacular and the washer works like a dream!

I highly recommend this set. I have been using front loaders for the past 15 years and would not go back after using these.
