We chose this higher upgraded model. The thing that bothers me the most about this washer is that every time I put my bedding quilt to wash (which is extremely thin - I live in Florida), the machine gets stuck during the rinse phase and I get an error code. I have to manually spread open the quilt in the washer, and start a rinse cycle again. The built in sink feature looks cooler than it is functional. Its very hard to get to the detergent drawer because the sink basin is in the way, so you cant just hold up the detergent container to pour.
