I can't say enough about my new Samsung washer. This is exactly what I was looking for in a washer. Best Buy delivered it on time and hooked it up and it worked immediately! I absolutely love it!

Went from an old washer to this one so for us, major upgrade. Works fine. We did but in a rush though as our old one died on us. So maybe compare and research a bit. But so far so good

It’s a better washer than what I had before , a bit complicated to learn but once you get used to it it’s awesome to just basically set it and forget it.

This is an amazing product. It is simply outstanding! Numerous settings to choose from, REALLY easy to use, and the corresponding app for Smart Home is THE BEST. We weren't planning on buying a washer, but ours started to give out so we looked long and hard and decided on this set. The dryer is EQUALLY amazing. HUGE capacity, and quiet. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this product!

This is a good solid product. Intuitive or easy to understand but haven't been able to set-up blue tooth but hey...I don't need to do wash remotely.

I LOVE this washer! we shopped around for months and months trying to find the right washer and dryer set. We went back and forth and finally landed on this washer, and we are glad we did! The basin on top is very helpful, especially if you do not have a sink in/around your laundry area. The washer tub is HUGE! I'm 5'9 and have a hard time reaching the socks at the bottom. It washes our king size bedding with ease and is fairly quiet when washing. I also like that it has a self clean mode.

I love that this is a smart washer and has the ability to connect to my wifi and Samsung SmartThings hub to let me know when it's finished if I'm not home. It's quiet and it doesn't annoy you with a loud buzzer when the load is finished either. It plays a musical chime that isn't too loud but still loud enough you can hear it. It doesn't have an agitator so you can fit bigger loads inside. It's perfect so far.

Loved the idea that it is big. If used to washed huge loads of clothing, then it is great and perfect. But if used to wash more than comforter, then not a smart thing to do. It caused the machine to be unbalanced and had to be rerest. With fabric softener used, the time to wash is much longer. The detergent holder needs redesigning. Where it is at, it can be broken if careless, thoughtless, forget to push it in and close the top.

Very happy this product is very good for her family is forever's and it holds a large amount of wash and dryer very grateful I have a court for and washing machine

This washer and matching dryer are my new favs of 2017. It’s so easy to use. It has a very handy pre soak sink. I love it and will never go back to front load.

I purposefully waited a while so I could give a good review because most everything works perfectly the first couple days. This washer is well worth the 5 star rating. It's so easy to use and you honestly can't even hear it run and we've cut down on the amount of detergent and fabric softener that we used to use with our old washer. Highly recommend this washer!

We had a front loader LG, switched to this and my wife has had nothing but good things to say about it, from ease of use, to features that are awesome

Very satisfied that this washer has a large capacity and seems durable. Sometimes it glitches when i overload it and it just keeps trying to rebalance itself without setting off a ring charm alarm which would be better. It chimes force erything else like starting, stopping, Etc. Come back an hour later to move laundry over and notice it. Open it , rebalance the million pieces of laundry I placed in there and were good to go! Has been durable and otherwise trouble free. Big enough to wash couch slipcovers, small rugs, tons of towels, etc. Like the self clean notice it gives you because it doesnt seem to get stinky like our other HE washer would do. Very pleased!

I can’t say enough good things about this Samsung Washer. I spent several hours researching and looking at washers. I was hesitant to go with Samsung due to its recall of earlier models. After all me research, and talking with the salesman, I decided to go with this machine. I did purchase the five year warranty, something I don’t usually do. I feel I got a good deal even with the extended warranty. Been using it for about four weeks now and I am very satisfied and happy I decided to buy this Samsung Washer.

Love the settings on this washer. Very energy efficient and water efficient. Large drum for washing capacity.

If you aren't tech savvy, this probably isn't the washer for you, but if you read the manual, you won't have a problem. I love that this has smart technology. I have only had it for a week or so, but it's great for washing our dogs beds and king size comforter with no problem!
