This washing machine is very user friendly and has a great color and design. I would only recommend using gain products in this machine because tide leaves a nasty residue. But overall has been a great purchase and is very quit.

Looks great, large capacity, have not been able to connect the WiFi yet.

I absolutely love this washing machine. I love all of the cycles it offers and enjoy the self cleaning option! I am very happy with this purchase. The washing barrel is quite deep, I need a step stool to get things out of the bottom. But it is HUGE and I can wash a lot at once and even wash large items like my king size duvet!

Washer does everything I can imagine. Sanitize cycle for my small grandson, senses load size for my son, and includes a small sink for pre soaking or delicates. Capacity is large enough for my blankets and comforters. Still discovering what else it can do. Love it!

While I have only had this washer for approximately two months, I have been very pleased so far. The machine is easy to use and very quiet. It has a variety of cycles and can handle any type of load and/or fabric. It almost takes the drudgery out of doing laundry!

This is great for large loads, big comforters, and multiple sheets.

We have had this washer for about a month and I love it. The drum is very large so you can wash big loads. The clothes come out clean and dry nicely in the matching dry. It’s a good duo. Haven’t used the WiFi yet, but I like the functionality of the washer.

Love this washer. It is HUGE. Harder to reach inside to remove clothes because it is so deep but it has been fantastic. We've had it for about 4 weeks and we are very happy. Dumped our front loader due to mold issues. This is great. Easy to leave top open for aeration.

Samsung in my opinion makes the best washers. This washer is no exception.

Wanted larger capacity for comforters and works very well

So far, I’ve been very happy with the washer. At first, I kept getting a UR error code and determined the contents were off balance. So now, I just make sure to evenly distribute the clothes, towels or bedding when loading. If I do that - no more error. Overall, it’s cleaning sooo much better than my old Whirlpool front loader.

The washer works for large items like comforters. The problem with this washer is that it gets out of balance nearly every time it is used. when it is out of balance, you have to open the top, rearrange everything so that it is equally distributed, then start the rinse cycle over again. Sometimes this happens 4 or 5 times per load. Very frustrating to use. I gave the washer away and purchased an LG front loader because of that.

I've been amazed at how much this washing machine really does hold!

The washer itself works well. I haven't tried the smaller wash area on top, but it's nice to know it's there. This washer is very roomy, so you can wash your sheets and blankets in one go. It takes a little playing around with the buttons to learn how to set your washer, but there are lots of ways to optimize your load. The wifi on it leaves much to be desired, constantly disconnecting (and having trouble reconnecting), and there's no light for the 'cold' setting (when there's no light on the temperature, you're probably on the 'cold' setting) which took me longer than I'd like to admit to figure out. Otherwise, it's been working well so far.

This washer is deep and big for those large loads.
