The machine is good. Cleans well with minimal water. My only complaint is no ability to add additional water for large loads to fully cover items.

Can do all my laundry for a week in one load and everything is sparkly clean. Easy to use.

Big enough for king size bedding. I even washed all of the pillows to just try it out! It is great. I am 5'5 and can reach the bottom. I call it my unintentional yoga!

This is a great washer; the capacity is unbelievable and it is so easy to operate.

I really like this washer. Great capacity, I love that I can wash huge loads, including king size comforters. The only drawback, is when the drum is slightly off balance, the machine detects and basically starts over automatically. You could spend all day washing the same load, if you can't get the weight shifted around just right.

So far I love this washer! It has a deep tub for blankets and quilts. I loaded a queen bedspread and blanket in one load and washed on the bedding cycle very clean. The only problem was that the older front load dryer I have was to small for both blankets to dry at the same time. The washer weighs the loads and uses the perfect amount of water for each load which I love!

washer has issue with bulky items. I hate having to rearrange my comforter multiple times during the cycle in order for it to complete

I just happen to be in Best Buy looking for a TV and wandered over to the appliance section since I needed new appliances. Very happy with the this machine.

I needed a washing machine that was efficient, but couldnt afford the good brand, so i decided to invest in an open box model. the best idea i ever had, this machine not only makes my clothe spotless but is very efficient with water and electricity saving me even more money i mean what else is there to say except " AWESOME"

Huge space. You can put 2 comforters in a single wash. Highly energy effecient.

This is an ok washer. Has some great features and that's why I purchased it. However, the quality isn't what I expected from Samsung. The tub is massive which is great for our large family. I love the soak tub. I previously had an Electrolux front loader, which I loved and the cloths come out almost dry! With this washer, the cloths are still very wet and I often need to do an extra spin cycle and they are still very wet, especially towels. I mean wet as in heavy to lift out of the washer even after 2nd spin cycle. This means they take hours to dry in the dryer. It's not quite as bad with those, except for jeans. They sometimes come out pretty wet still.

I had to send back the LG front loading washer/dryer set I originally ordered because the door on the washer opened the wrong way so I would have had to lift the wet clothes over it to put them in the dryer. I actually specified which way I wanted the door to open when I bought the dryer. Little did I know manufacturers no longer offer that option. All front load washers open to the left (facing the machine, to the right if you are the machine). Add to this that the machines were sitting way out in the middle of my small laundry room because of the cumbersome venting connector that was required for installation. Luckily for me the Best Buy customer service person who answered the phone on Easter Sunday(!) helped me trade them in for a set with a top loading washer which completely solved the problem. And these machines are wonderful! I love the simple lines and all the washing choices, especially the "brilliant whites" cycle. I haven't yet used the "delicates tray" on top but It's good to know I have it if and when. Samsung has never disappointed me.

We love the looks of this washer and it works well for the most part, however some of the settings don’t appear to work well all the time (e.g. bedding setting sometimes just keeps turning without finishing the wash). Overall still a good product. Tons of settings as well, also very large - can fit almost any sizes wash.
