The previous one broke within a few months. Geek squad representative should me what was available within the warranty limits. I was able to purchase a new washer with the money I was given based on my warranty at no cost tome.

I had to send back the LG front loading washer/dryer set I originally ordered because the door on the washer opened the wrong way so I would have had to lift the wet clothes over it to put them in the dryer. I actually specified which way I wanted the door to open when I bought the dryer. Little did I know manufacturers no longer offer that option. All front load washers open to the left (facing the machine, to the right if you are the machine). Add to this that the machines were sitting way out in the middle of my small laundry room because of the cumbersome venting connector that was required for installation. Luckily for me the Best Buy customer service person who answered the phone on Easter Sunday(!) helped me trade them in for a set with a top loading washer which completely solved the problem. And these machines are wonderful! I love the simple lines and all the washing choices, especially the "brilliant whites" cycle. I haven't yet used the "delicates tray" on top but It's good to know I have it if and when. Samsung has never disappointed me.

We love the looks of this washer and it works well for the most part, however some of the settings don’t appear to work well all the time (e.g. bedding setting sometimes just keeps turning without finishing the wash). Overall still a good product. Tons of settings as well, also very large - can fit almost any sizes wash.

We have only had this Samsung top load washer a month now, we replaced an old front load washer. It works great and is big enough to handle everything we put in it, from the blankets to the most delicate. This model is just what we were looking for, wished we would have gotten it sooner, probably stay with a top load from here on out. Great Purchase so far

LOOKS GREAT, NEEDED CALIBRATION OUT OF THE BOX, WAS NOT PERFECT RIGHT AWAY, BUT WORKS GREAT AFTER SETUP AND CALIBRATION, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Looks great. My wife loves the idea of the sink, but I think she struggles to find a use for it. I have never used it. Does a good job with cleaning the clothes. The buttons are not the best and could be much more responsive. It dents fairly easily.

Very quiet and user friendly. Has made washing clothes an easy task.

Perfect size, and quiet. I love the multiple cycle available.

This washing machine works like a dream. It's so quite and easy going.

I don't have a sink in my laundry room so I had my eye on this unit for a while (plus I love Samsung), I am thrilled with it. So easy to use, plus the sink, plus the steam feature - makes this 5 stars in my opinion. I'm 5'4" and I can JUST reach the bottom though, so if you are shorter than me, or have short arms, go into the store and test it first. :-)

I love the size of the tub - 5.4 cu.'. I can do a whole week's wash of towels at one time, and they are well wrung-out at end of cycle. Also really love the pre-wash tub at the top. It is very convenient to have the ability to rinse/wash something out ahead of the regular cycle right at the washing machine, and not have to drip water from the kitchen to the laundry room.

Good washer but like everything else being made today it gets a little too technical. I managed to work my way through it.

I've only had it a couple weeks and so far it is doing what it's supposed to be doing....washing my clothes. Can't ask for more at this time.

I am a care giver and don’t have all day to do laundry. I can wash all my bedding and towels in one load. It does a very good job of washing bed blankets. I’ve Used the wash basin a few times and enjoy the convenience without the water dripping on the floor from the sink to the washer. It’s much quieter then my old washer and chimes when done.

This washer does what it supposed to do which is clean the clothes and it does a good job at it. The scrub board that’s built-in I’ve used one time and the setting to sanitize clothing takes well over two hours approaching three hours to run I don’t have that kind of time I keep thinking if I do it right before bed So that I’m not having to wait so long but I haven’t tried that overall it is a good washer just the two reasons I bought are not ones that I actually use on it But it does a great job getting the clothes clean. The Washer tub is so deep that I have to use tongs to be able to get the clothes out from the bottom otherwise The washer tub is so deep that I have to use tongs to be able to get the clothes out from the bottom At 5’5 i still can’t reach the bottom so it has a huge tub.

We have been using the unit for about a month and everything has worked as expected. The only issue I have has was with the leveling. I thought it was "good enough" when I installed it but found out after a few loads would not spin correctly. The issue was mine, not the washer because I forgot to do the calibration step. Once I went back and made a minor adjustment using the technique outlined in the manual and ran the calibration step everything worked fine. My install is in an older house on the second floor where the floor could use a bit of stiffening. We haven't had any noise of bouncing issues. Laundry seems as clean or cleaner as it was with our older Samsung front loader in much less time. I also use the Samsung app with great success. I only use it to tell me when the load is complete so I haven't run into any of the issues I have read about on line. Overall great washer that Best Buy had on a super sale so we are very happy with it.

This is an excellent washer! This model has many extras and lots of features. My wife is very satisfied with this washer and the very large capacity basin. Our last washer was only 3.5 cf, as compared to this one at 5.4 cf. I am very pleased with the integration with my Samsung Smartthings and the low price I paid ($699).

Love the size of the washer and also is very quiet.
