I don't have room for a sink in the laundry room so this was the perfect solution! Washer with a built-in sink! YAAAAS! And the sink has ridges to really get your scrub on. As others have mentioned, this thing is deep, I am 5'4 1/2" and I need every bit of that extra half inch to reach in the bottom of this thing,on the flip side of that, it still wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me because I keep a step stool in the laundry. :-) The steam feature is awesome, and I use it way more than I thought I would - I have steamed cushion covers, rugs, clothes, blankets... you get the idea. Also, if you have cabinets above where your washer goes, be careful as this is a tall unit and the door open adds a lot of height.

Looks great. One problem I have seen for smaller load as lack of option.

There are so many different settings, it’s still a learning process, but it’s so roomy it reduces the amount of loads of laundry needing to be done and for someone who would rather be doing anything else besides laundry, it’s awesome!

Replaced our front loader with this washer and after a month am still in love with it!

My wife and I purchased this because of the large capacity and the washboard. Samsung may be great for our TV and tablets and phones but when it comes to washer and dryer, it's not the best. It has some nice features which is why I gave it a 3 star. It didn't work well washing comforters as we had hoped. It made a lot of noise and rocked when washing our king size comforter. You can't control the machine through the app; you can see the status only. I'm not sure what it is but washing with this Samsung, the clothes are more wrinkled than when we had our GE washer. And for the price, it's not worth it.

Previous Samsung washer was recalled, so took their offer to buy a new Samsung washer. The recall amount was $250 less than the price of the new washer. Like the capacity. Questionable durability from previous purchase.

Awesome product. Very easy to setup. Super fast wash and uses less power and water.

mine has worked great....the recall forced me to select another. only complaint i have is related to samsung customer service....making the consumer put up the money and reimbursing you...which took a long time.

Washer is very quiet in spin cycle. Washer works great. Easy to install as well.

This by far the best washer I have owned it is super quiet during the entire wash cycle. The washer comes with a pre-wash sink something I thought I would never used but find myself using quite often.

works fine; the internet connection I could not get to work, but it is useless anyway. The washer is deep, so it is harder for a shorter person to reach all the way to the bottom. However, it does a find job of cleaning clothes. The many options are useful.
