Wife loves it and works great another good product from Samsung

I really like this washer. The tub is nice and big and i could wash all my bedding in one wash. My previous washer was a front loader althought it did fine it had the usual mold build up in door. This new one drains the clothes fabulously. So far so good!

Another good Samsung appliance with good advanced features.

We have had this washer for a month now. So far it is working great and does not make much noise. The only problem we have is it is a little too deep and sometimes difficult to reach the clothes at the bottom of the washer if you are short.

We've only had this machine about 10 days however we're very pleased with this washing machine. There are tons of features (many we haven't tried yet). The large capacity allows us to easily wash our king size bedding at home.

Bought this specifically for app control. Might have bitten off a bit more than I can chew. Watch your head with the built in sink. You can easily smack your head when reaching for that last sock. A bit louder than my previous Samsung washer. But a less noticeable loud. If that makes sense. Like it sounds smooth but I can hear it in a different room. Doesn't bother me I just here it. Where as my previous one I couldn't hear it in a different room but it was an uneven random sound that my ears almost listened for it and it would bug me. As far as washing clothes go. Don't think I've had a washer not doing a great job in over a decade. Total wash Time is about 5 min less which adds up!

This washer is HUGE. I'm 5feet and sometimes struggle to reach the last bit or clothes left in the washer. It does a really great job at cleaning baby spit up with the prewash settings. We have used it almost daily for a year.

We did our research online and settled on this Samsung model. So far, we've not had any problems and the machine is relatively quiet. My wife is quite pleased, so that makes me happy. :)

It's a good washer does big loads which I like but sometimes it's thrown off balance easy you have to do a couple at once to prevent the this from happening it's a good machine all around tho

Overall we have been pleased with this product. We got the matching dryer and we have not had any issues. We really how big the unit is. We are able to breeze through laundry 3x as fast as we have in the past.

I was looking for a nice washing machine that was big and deep that would hold a extra large load like a comforter and this was the one. I absolutely love it. Loved it so much I had to buy the matching dryer.

I love this thing! it sends notifications to my phone. Huge capacity. Can wash large items and know they'll get clean. Presoak sink is everything. Got it open box, so the discount was deeeeeeeeeep!

This is an awesome washer. It has every setting I have ever needed. The load capacity is is excellent for our king size blankets and comforters, which is the primary reason I bought this size model.

We love that it is a super large washer! You can do all of your laundry at once! The best part is the smart control lets you know when it's done so its easy to keep track of the kids doing laundry! :)

Love all the functions it can do. Great large capacity to do large items like comforters. The agitator less drum makes it maintenance free of having to replace the inner teeth periodically . The charcoal color looks great.

I wanted to buy a washer and dryer set for my wife. This is by far the nicest washing machine I have ever bought. It looks good, is very quiet and cleans everything great with minimum water usage.

This a a great washer that fits in my closet but can easily wash a comforter. If you are under 5 ft 3 inches tall you may need a small stool to reach the bottom of washer to get out all the clothing.
