We had a front loader that was in a house we bought and just haven't had good experience with front loading washing machines. This is a high end machine with all the bells and whistles and none of the front loader issues i.e. mildew.

Very nice looking washer but not my cup of tea as for washing. Maybe I'm using the wrong settings.just too quiet to think it's working. I guess technology is too advanced for my blood .wifi ready also .

I've had this for a while now, and it's a workhorse (steam mop pads, dog bed blankets, late night vomit laundry . . . human and dog). Certainly happy that it's sitting in the laundry room doing its job.

I had had the absolute pleasure of using this Active Wash set for about 5 weeks and I am in love. The set really is smart, sleek, and efficient! I had been eyeballing this set for about 6 months and I do not regret my decision to buy!!

Remodeling a house and chose Samsung for kitchen appliances as I have always had good experiences with them. Love the appearance and features of this washer and looking forward to installation when my renovation is complete.

Small pet peeves that you’ll deal with constantly, the “sink” latch isn’t well designed so it can and will fall al you while you’re taking clothes out or putting them in. It’s super deep so if you’re short, good luck getting stuff at the bottom. I’ve had it shut down on me multiples times cuz I guess the load wasn’t balanced and there wasn’t much in there. Kind of annoying when you come back and see everything all wet so you have to adjust and restart. Besides that it works. -2 stars cuz the issues are a constant battle not just once in a while.

Have had washer for 3 weeks and am very pleased. Large capacity. Very quiet. Only bummer is opening the lid under cabinets, etc can be tight. Due to the futuristic design, the top lid is a little longer than normal top load washers.

I’ve only had this washer for a month now, but so far it’s great! Haven’t quite figured out all the settings yet, but hoping that it will meet all my family’s needs.

We liked the performance of this machine but it is just over 1.5 years old and it will not turn on anymore. Basically we saw the display area flicker a bunch and the machine was stuck without filling the drum. We turned it off and it has never come back on. We unplugged checked breaker etc. No luck. Piece of junk. Repair costs almost as much as the new unit.

Large and strong enough to wash king bedspread, and delicate enough for my most delicate items. It conserves water or if I need deep water it gives it to me. Also gives me a sink to pretreat clothes in. I love it!!

Lots of options to choose from to get the perfect wash whether its towels, swimsuits, comforter, jeans, etc. I love the hand wash feature for the more delicate items or I can use it as a pre soak option for something extremely dirty.

Really happy with this washer. The black stainless steel looks great and there are a lot of washing cycles to choose from. I haven't used the active wash yet, but sure it'll be helpful for pre-washing clothes.

Solid washer with some very good options, like a no slam lid, many different washing options, etc. The single knock so far is that I cannot adjust the preset settings at all.

Capacity is quite generous. Cycle times are very long - over 1 hour for an average load at medium heat, and heavier items are often still damp.

This washer has a huge capacity drum holds way more cloths than my old front loader only downside I have found is time of cycles would like to see a shorter wash cycle over all a great washing machine

Still trying the many cycles to see what is the best for the many clothing I have, Need to see what the item is made of and follow that cycle, It helps by looking in the manual.

I love the compacity size of this washer. I can wash a queen size comforter with no problem! Also it actually cleans your clothes unlike some front loaders. I would recommend this product to others. It’s a great washer!

We’ve only had it about a month. So far so good. we didn’t realize how outdated our old washer really was. Tried a few of the features this machine offers and it is truly night and day. We love it.

Cycles are very long, the noise that it makes at the end of the cycle is almost 2 minutes long and very annoying.cycle is louder than I thought it would be. A great washer otherwise

This top-load washer is wonderful. I was afraid that it wouldn't get my clothes cleaned because it didn't have the agitator... thank goodness I was so wrong! This is the best washer I've ever had!
