We’ve only had this washer for a month, but it’s performed well. Very quiet, gets grime out from soiled clothes, only caveat is watch out if you leave the lid open to air out. I’m tall and because of the basket for the pre wash feature and large drum size, I’ve reached into the bottom of the drum and hit me head on the basket a couple of times.

Great washer. Plenty big enough f or a California king comforter. All clothes come out clean, even with heavy stains.

I really love the machine, it is efficient and gets my clothes nice and clean. Easy to use with a huge capacity drum. I took off a star for the lid that consistently closes on my head. Other than that it is perfect and plays a lovely tune at the end of the cycle.

Large and quiet washer.. I previously had front load washers, and i think this top load is 10x better!!!

previously had a front load may tag. I reviewed top load due to mildew issues on new front loads today. Extremely quiet, easy to use touch board. smart phone connection even tells you when to clean the drum. capacity is outstanding. no regrets moving back to a top load after soooo many years.

I absolutely love this washer. It's got plenty of room, washes clothes fast and it's very easy to use.

I just bought it maybe about two months now. It is so easy to use. Energy efficient. Runs smoothly and quietly which is quite surprising when I read some reviews they said it was noisy, it is like you are not doing the laundry at all.

Large capacity with no agitator makes it easy to wash linen, towels, and comforters. Multiple wash and spin cycles and even the ability to customize cycles. I just love the mini sink with wash board. It makes it so easy to pre soak and/or treat stains...it’s also great for delicates. The ability to operate the washer with a smartphone is a plus and motivates my sons to regularly do their laundry.

fits king comforter easily! can even get two king pillows in there at once. i don't have a samsung phone so getting the app to connect was a bit of a pain at first (if it's not bringing up the info to connect wifi and just keeps trying to load, try turning airplane mode on), but once i got it connected it's pretty neat. i love that it reminds me to get my laundry!

Very quiet, efficient, quick ... Definitely a steal too at the price!

Works great. Got the Wi-Fi option; the mobile app needs work. Mobile app is not compatible with iPads, only iPhone. Not only does it have high-capacity, it washes the clothes very well. The mode for washing whites made them look really bright white, better than my washer. Got the matching dryer the set looks great in my laundry room.

I love my new washing machine because it does a great job cleaning my clothes. It gives you a good choice for the different cycles and is easy to use. It is also very quiet which is a big plus.

This machine replaced a front loader That we had for years. It is amazing, we love it! The capacity. The efficiency. The way it operates quickly and quietly. I would buy it again.

I've had this washer (and the corresponding dryer) for two weeks. I've used it 10-15 times, and have yet to be disappointed. The number of wash settings, available temperatures, and speeds are wonderful features. The clothes have come out cleaner in every wash than they ever did with my old model (Whirlpool, I think?). I have used the steam function once for some very smelly clothes, and they smell better than they have in years. I haven't had any very large loads to wash yet, but the tub is huge and should be able to easily handle a heavy comforter. I would highly recommend this washer and dryer pair.

Bought our 1st house and we decided to start moving towards having a smart home. The washer (and companion dryer) were a great place to start. A hub is unnecessary to get the smart features started, the reminders and controls are useful. Also, it functions as an absolute top notch washer!
