I think the only people who would enjoy this washing machine are people who have no dirt on their clothes. It’s got a lot of cool options. I just wish they worked. I have 3 kids who play in sand and dirt, and this machine does a pathetic attempt at cleaning their clothes. I have owned this for almost two years and I have hated this machine from the first time I used it. When you spend nearly a grand on a machine you think- it must be user error- right?! I wish. I have tried every cycle with different combinations. I have to limit to small or medium loads at most, on only a deep wash to even remotely get the clothes clean. Then what’s the point of having a water saving machine if it doesn’t clean the freaking clothes?! The last straw came today when I attempted to clean puke covered sheets. I pulled the sheets that went through a presoak, and full wash cycle, and rinse, out of the washing machine and they look exactly like when I put them in. Covered. In. Vomit. Now they just smell clean. So I have clean, chunky vomit sheets I need to figure out how the heck to clean because my washer can’t do it. I’ve had it with this machine. I’ve read so many people who have had similar issues with this machine not getting clothes clean. Time for a new washer with an oscillator.

Turns out Best Buy installed the machine incorrectly. They had the hot and cold mixed up. Since I switched the inputs, seems to work ok.
