Custom settings and steam option are the biggest pluses.

Good Washer-If you're tall. If you are under 5'5, you will have issues reaching the bottom of the basin to remove your clothes. The washer itself was great.

I'm not sure how I feel about this washing machine. I wash my dogs blankets in there and the top blanket never seems to get washed it's always dirty. I even wash my comforters and blankets from the bed and it seems like it doesn't flip everything over evenly and the top blanket never gets washed all the way. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. there's always dirt left in the bottom also after I wash the dog blankets. Shouldn't it drain out with all the water?

Again same thing, thanks for Best Buy and Katie helping but tons of problems and the washing ability is average at best

the washing machine washes very well but some features were not well thought out the pre soak feature is bulky and if you are not careful it you can hit your head on it

Machine did not clean my laundry properly. First load, it left dirt debris and streaks on everything, even after washing 3 times on heavy wash with extra rinse. No one should have to wash ANY load four times, especially with a brand new machine. So I exchanged it for the same model, thinking it was defective. Nope, same issue with the replacement one. It looked like the dirt was just left behind during draining, and was never removed from the machine. I gave the second machine two tries to get the load clean, then returned the second washer too, and purchased a different model. Of note, it also has a very deep drum, and I had to have my daughter get the last items out of the washer as I was too short (5'2") to reach the bottom. If it had cleaned the clothes, I would have eventually had to get a step-stool to reach.

Horrible stopped working after 2 years definitely wasn’t worth the money

This is advertised to have steam, but you only have one cycle option to use it and that cycle runs for almost 3 hours. disappointed

I have owned the washer and dryer for a year and a half and have had to call a technician 4 different times to fix leaks! The washer has sprung 3 different leaks and the dryer has sprung a leak (and each leak was not a small leak). Plus, for as big as the drums are for this washer and dryer, you cannot even wash that much clothing in them without the washer going off-balance. The dryer should really be half the size of the washer because it will not dry a full load of laundry from the washer. The load has to run multiple times or it will remain damp and mildew. Absolutely the last time I ever spend money on Samsung washer/dryers. This product had great reviews that I looked at before I purchased them, but after owning these, they are TERRIBLE!!!

As a washer it’s a good product however sometimes it seems that some comforters don’t ring dry. The smart capabilities with Wi-Fi is terrible

I bought this machine 6 months ago and I'm still not very happy with the purchase. First the tank is very deep and I have to jump on the washing machine and almost get inside to be able to reach the bottom clothes. The lid has an extra piece supposedly to soak the clothes (totally unnecessary) which makes it weigh a lot and I have fallen over my head several times because of the weight of it, it is extremely frustrating that you have to hold the lid with one hand and with the other try to reach the clothes of the washing machine and avoid being hit. I wish I could return it and buy another one with a better system.

It takes forever to wash comforters, beddings, towels.

Initially got a defective item but got it replaced. It works fine now.

This new style unit does not clean clothes as good as old style.

Stopped working less than two years from purchase. I now avoid appliances with all these app/smart features and stick to the tried and true. No more Samsung anything for me.

My husband and I finally wore out the old washer and dryer set we bought on Craigslist three years ago for $100. We did a lot of research into what we wanted from our washer and dryer, before finally settling on this pair. There were some negative reviews but overall they had everything we wanted. After a couple of months of use, I still love them! My clothes are clean but my water bill is lower. Hubs and I are both very tall, at least 6ft, so we don’t think the washer basin is too deep. They are quiet and both sing a little song when their cycles are finished, as well as when you turn them on and off. The dryer gets so much lint off my clothes! The self clean function on the washer is great as well to help prevent odors. Not a single issue with wobbling or off balance loads, either. The washer senses how much clothing is in it for the amount of water needed, and the dryer senses how wet the clothes are and shuts off when they are perfectly dry. I’ve washed my tactical nylon work pants as well as my newborn baby’s clothes, and each time I have zero issue with the quality of wash or dry. No snagging my delicates either! I highly recommend this set!

I have had my washer under nine months. This washer consistently leaves white spots on all black clothing. I now add the second rinse but it doesn't seem to help, just adds another 25 minutes to the normal load. Without an agitator, I'm not sure how it can rinse properly, obviously it doesn't. Now, it is so loud and something scraps on the sides as it is washing it is basically unusable! It literally screeches when it is on and sounds like it is going to blow up. Have been waiting for a service call to get it repaired under warranty. I've made two calls and will make another call today. I would NOT recommend this washer to anyone.
