The washer is don’t work.My clothes get TIED IN KNOTS all the time every time. I've tried laying each piece in separately and that still doesn't help. I have to untie all the shirt sleeves at the end of the cycle. Sheets are the worst, try getting them untangled. Clothes don't get clean either, why, because they never have enough water covering them and the clothes are tied in knots. The washer machine is making my clothes dirty

Will cost $500+ 2 weeks wait for new board from factory. Over-hyped and worthless. Will never buy another "smart" appliance, too much can go wrong.

Washer does not clean clothes well, leaves the dark clothes with stains and if you use scent beads in your wash they do not dissolve very well and I think it’s all because there is no agitator and the water does not move well in the washer. I missed my 15 day return window and went back and forth with Samsung to no avail. I have Samsung products throughout my house but I will never buy another Samsung product. I’m stuck with a subpar washer. Waste of money.

This is the worst washer we’ve ever owned. It has brown residue (almost like small chunks) that stains our clothes no matter how many times we use the self clean feature (including with bleach). Samsung message boards identify this as a known problem and Samsung doesn’t do anything about it. Our touch controls have barely worked from the beginning (have to push very hard and run your finger back and forth over it). These are only two years old and this is unacceptable.

this washer is the worst washer I have ever owned. high efficiency...I would use my mom's standard 20 year old washer. I dont even feel like this washer washed my clothes very well. plus the washer thinks it is smart but it is not. such a pain in the butt to own. would never reccomend.

I bought this on the advice of a salesperson and after reading the ratings and reviews. Maybe mine is a lemon? The dishes not only come out covered in a white film (which I thought could be the soap or hard water), but they are still very dirty with food particles, especially on the silverware. I am returning this unit as I don't trust that a repair will take care of the problems. What an inconvenience especially in the middle of a move.

I think everyone is rating this machine high because it's huge and has great features. But it doesn't wash good which is it's main purpose. The missing agitator is probably the culprit. Samsung should not have tried to reinvent the wheel by removing the agitator.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase ! Machine dies not ring clothes tightly. Would not recommend!

I would not purchase a washing machine from Samsung. After working for 9 months - the washer constantly goes unbalanced showing an error message "UR" for just about every load that is run. Very frustrating product. I called my local appliance repair company and they are very well aware of this model and wanted nothing to do with it.

Ran one load in this washer worked fine..... went to run a second did not work at all called Samsung hoping for repair. They stated I have I no warranty. How is it that they will not warranty a 3 day old washer.buyer beware!!!!!!?!?!

I bought this Samsung washer and dryer set because of the great overall satisfaction ratings Samsung had earned in the washer/dryer category. Additionally, the activewash feature is something that I thought would be very useful for those hard grass and dirt stains that the boys get on their clothes. However, the washer lid is like a guillotine that falls down almost every time that you lift up the lid to put clothes in. A lid this heavy needs a hood stand or something to click the lid to stay open. Until then, you have to bob and weave underneath the washer lid. Yes, you can use one hand to keep the lid open, but why should you only have one hand to fill your washer. The tub is very so deep, so it can be hard to get items out of the washer. My fiancee needs a stool to reach the clothes at the bottom of the washer. As much as I try to balance the clothes in the washer, the washer has a tendency to become unbalanced causing the washer to stop showing an error on the LED display. Some of the preset cycles are programmed for very long cycle times which I don't like. Some combinations of presets don't seem intuitive to me and I should be able to make adjustments to them, but it doesn't allow it. I am a fan of Samsung products and liked the looks, the customer reviews, and features of this machine. However, attention to the detail prevents me giving a higher score. Samsung, if you're reading this contact me and I can list out a bunch of areas of improvement for you. I think that it will help make for a better washer.

Worked well until it didn’t. We barely had this machine for one year and it went into total shutdown. The geek squad could repair it and this model is no longer available new, so we’re off to buy a Maytag.

crappiest washer bought oct 19 and now it is running constant water u can’t wash a lot of clothes because it has sensors and will constantly run water if too heavy!

This is by far the worst washer I have ever purchased. It does NOT remove stains regardless of whichever of the 30 settings you choose. Waste of money and extremely disappointed in the product.

The tub rusted and is ruining my cloths!! It is NOT the water, it has never happened before on less expensive machines!

Only have of the Uber's on the display work. My towels always still smell after washing. I've tried every cycle but I don't believe this is working correctly.

After the washer was installed. I ran a clean cycle then washed clothes. Very first load. Lint all over the clothes. Called and had it picked back up.

Have not had this washer for even 3 years and it has stopped draining water. Do not recommend!!

Several service calls with this machine and ultimately received a replacement after much hassle.

The black stainless scratches so easily. I would NOT BUY AGAIN, I don’t like much about it
