This replaced a Samsung washer that was working fine but wanted to match the dryer just purchased. This one is better than the last. Kind of fancy, lots of bells and whistles but functionality is more important to me. Huge capacity, big comforters are no problem. Don't be afraid to stuff it full, it can handle it, as a matter of fact it has more of a problem with light loads, get out of balance warnings if not enough in the drum depending on what cycle it is on. If you have a few undergarments in there like bras you want washed, make sure you run it on delicate cycle. Cleans great, solid purchase, would recommend.

This washer is great! Washes everything in one load! Huge drum allows you to wash bed linens with ease. Very user friendly and quite. Very stylish as well! Would buy again!

This tub is huge and has plenty of room for bedding. You can do larger loads but it's a bit of a stretch to get all your clothes out. It was a little louder than I had hoped for and the hand wash insert is a bit in the way and unnecessary.

We are pleased with the efficiency of this unit. We had unbalanced issues, but determined it to be the way we loaded blanked/towels into it. Be sure to drop them straight into the unit and even them out in the bottom. Otherwise, this unit has been very good.

Large enough for the big loads of laundry and powerful enough to get the job done right the first time and yet still doesn’t raise the electricity bill!!

It is huge for one. We can get a ton of clothes in it. We replaced a Samsung front loader that was about 3.5cu ft with this. She loves the active wash basket for stains etc. it is fairly quite in our laundry room with the door closed. It takes awhile to learn the settings for such but we can now clean a king comforter and avoid the professional cleaners. We are still figuring out the steam settings but use it to clean our two daughters stuffed animals and bedding. Best Buy set up and delivered quickly. Very happy if it lasts. Last set was 9-10 years old.

I like everything about it except one thing. It washes well and i love the size of it. We have a smaller kids in the family and have times where Bed comforters need to be washed. This washer does the job. I don’t like the lid. While i picked this washer for the sink built in, it falls on top of my head often, while in removing wet clothes into the dryer. It’s annoying. Nothing i can’t deal with, but if i could do it over, i would opt to get one without the built in sink.

I LOVE my Samsung washer! IT is perfect! Quiet, gets the clothes cleaner than my previous other brand washers and it is so pretty as well. Even my friends have remarked that they LOVE my new washer and who knows they could be future buyers!

So far I am very happy with this washer; that being said, I've only had it for a little over a month. Everything I put in it comes out clean - it does a much better job than my old washer in removing stains and dirt and spinning the wash drier (so when it goes in the dryer, the dryer doesn't have to do as much work). I haven't used all of the cycles, the electronic interface or the top "sink" portion yet. But I'd give it 5 stars for what I've asked it to do. I hope it lasts a while. Two words of caution on this washer though - First, it is very deep and will do very big loads of wash. If you are a small person, you are going to struggle to remove the wash from the bottom of the washer. Plus you better have a large capacity dryer to dry what comes out of the washer LOL. Second, I have bumped my head on the washer bowl a few times when removing wash - not a big thing as I've learned to duck now.

Everything is perfect about this dryer. The onlyissue is the drum is so deep i have to get on my tippy toes to get to the bottom, I’m 5’4! The upside is you can put so much in one load. This new set has cut laundry time in half! Love it

Easy to use. I can wash a huge load and clothes comes out super clean. You can wash bed comforters, blankets.I have no regrets.

My only warning would be ergonomics. This thing is pretty big and tough for normal sized humans who practically have to dive into the washer to pull the clothes back out. But it is fast, clean, no-res and gentle on the clother.

This washer is so quiet my husband thought it wasn't working, my clothes are much cleaner andit has cut my weekly loads in half.

This is great. I am not a laundry guru and with this I don't have to be. I just select the setting and put in the detergent and softener and it does the rest. It has a big tub that I can even put big comforters in. I love it.

Love the top load washer and very convenient to use. Worth the larg size of it and energy efficiency.

We owned a front-loading washing machine for 8 years or so. It seemed like the thing to do at the time, but we quickly learned to hate it. The capacity was underwhelming and the door ALWAYS had to stay open to minimize the moisture and build up in the front ring. When we replaced our washer and dryer 2 years ago, we purchased a white version of this washer in the model just below this (no WiFi). We loved it so much (SOOOO many clothes to fit in this thing and the top soaker/scrubber section is amazing!!) that we purchased it again in black and with the WiFi. Samsung has had problems with the connectivity of the WiFi in its models 2018 and older, but this seems to fixed now with an integrated WiFi chip (previously a separate card, very problematic and unreliable). The black finish looks luxurious and this washer has some really great features and flexibility (several steam functions!).

The washer works well enough but the water that comes out in the sink is cold only; it is not the same temperature as the wash cycle, which makes it hard to get the stains out thus defeating the purpose. We ultimately returned it for this reason and put in an American made Whirlpool for $150 less per unit and got a sink installed instead with real hot water. One more note, the dryer doesn’t have a big flat area on top to put folded clothes.

It's a very nice, very easy to use Washer, extremely quit when in use and the clothes get washed very good.

I love my new washing machine, it has a lot of selection of what time of loads you need and its quiet at least for me. The only thing I don't like about it is the tub is too deep for me, its hard to reach the small clothing eg. socks because I am a short person, I had to use a wooden spoon to reach for the small clothes. No oxi-clean dispenser. But over all I love my new washing machine.
