Great washer if..... you're a tall person or at the very least, bendy! Being 5'5, I find my feet dangling when attempting to reach the few remaining items in the bottom. I would also recommend a helmet. Reaching into the washer, please do so with your head tilted sideways. That top washer bowl DOES get in the way and you'll find yourself head butting it more often than not. Other than that, great washer for cleaning clothes. Not so good for short people and People that don't own either a helmet or a step stool.

I was used to a front loading washer and thought this would be good getting back to the top loader. My mistake, I’m 75, I need a step stool to reach in to get the clothes out, this washer is so deep I really haven’t found anyone yet that can get a sock out of the bottom without climbing in headfirst. Also with heavy items if they arn’t in there just so it goes off balance so if you’re expecting a load to be done guess again, climb in and rearrange everything. One payment made and regretting this purchase

Cleans large loads very well. Fit my king size comforter. Very quiet. First time use had to double check it was actually running. Overall very satisfied with this machine.

This has worked out perfect for us! Bought the dryer as well to go along. The size of it amazing, I can do one load that normally would have been two, and all the clothes are so clean. Love it.

This washer is huge. Very quiet and has many great features. The salesman didn't know much about the features and actually gave us wrong info. But overall the washer is great

I love, love, love my new Samsung washer and dryer! Simply the best, gets my clothes clean, very quiet and love the steam on the dryer most of all because I tend to forget that I have a load in. The only complaint I have is the sounds that they make when the cycles are done - very musical but not load enough for me to hear in another room.

Love the washer, very efficient, excellent large capacity. Only drawback is the deep tub. Impossible for a short person to reach the wet clothes in bottom of the tub. I use a small step up to reach in.

Love the look but really impressed that it can handle large items such as spreads and quilts but does delicate items just as proficiently. It has the child lock and Smart Care feature. Good value for great performance.

I love my new washing machine. It is much larger than my old one so it can handle much larger loads and still get the clothes clean using less water, energy, and time. Love it.

We got this washer as part of the Samsung recall that effected our previous washer. This one has great bells and whistles. The bowl to pretreat and soak is fantastic. My only issue is that we haven’t been able to get our WiFi to connect so we can monitor load progress.

This capacity of this washer is so big that I do less loads per week. All of the clothes are clean even though the load is larger. The pretreated spots come out in normal wash.

This is an excellent washer. Very large capacity! Easy to use and you can sync it to your phone! So many different cycles to choose from also. Highly recommend this one.

I elected to get a new Washer, due to the Samsung recall. I was glad to spend a little extra and get the sink option that my previous top loader didn't have. My other was a little larger capacity, but I haven't noticed any difference. This one is a lot better because of the sink.

This machine not only looks amazing, but works well, it has so many functions I am still figuring it out. Machine is relatively quiet and is efficient.
