Lots of settings to choose from. I have a family of 6, this is a dream come true. Very large capacity quiet on all cycles even reminds your when your load is finished.

I had a GE before which used to wash clothes well but had limited options and but made tremendous noise!! But the new Samsung washer makes very less noise with normal wash and have a different wash cycle options!! With kids, we wash multiple times, good part is that we don’t need to define the level of water it needs for washing, it automatically fills the drum based on clothes..steam wash is great!! Pre wash option is good too!!

I purchased this after reading numerous reviews on different models. This was the best for the price and I really wanted the extra wash basin. It works perfectly as long as you follow the recommendations for which cycle to use with different types of clothing. It can rip clothing if you use the wrong cycle! And the basin is awesome, but I do hit my head on it from time to time, which is super irritating, but I still think it’s a great machine.

Great washer, very quite. Can hold twice as much as my old set. Very energy efficient and will cut down on the amount of laundry loads per week.

I love my new washer! It has a very large capacity, but be warned if you put too many things in, as there is not a center agitator, and items may become entangled. There is a child lock feature, because the panel selection is on the top of the machine. I don't think anything actually gets changed, but when I lay items on top of the washer, it does beep. When I have turned the child lock on, it continually beeps and seems to start while the lid is open and I am adding detergent - still working on figuring that one out!

I'm loving my new washer. It's quiet, has a huge tub, syncs with my smartphone. I was a little apprehensive about Samsung but so far, so good!

This washer is huge! Large capacity drum makes washing a houseful of towels a breeze. I love the built-in sink since I do not have one in my laundry room. My only disappointment is the wi-fi feature. I thought I would be able to operate it from my phone. 1) you have to be on the same wi-if network as the washer AND 2) you only receive status updates. You cannot operate the washer from your phone. You do not get updates if you leave the house. So it's really a useless feature. Overall, it seems like a good value for the money.

Washer is awesome- large enough for bulky items and cleans well. Only thing is a small person will have a hard time getting things out of the bottom.

This is a great washer. If you fill it to the top it will not wash clothes properly. Otherwise it cleans great and pretty quiet.

A lot of features for the price.with a new baby I actually enjoy the feature of the separate washer or delicate washer...It also does heavy duty items such as comforters and blankets.

The size allows you to was comforters with ease. You can steam your clothes that are dry clean only. Clothes come out very clean.

Great washer! Intuitive controls. Be prepared though. The tub is really large. If you are a small person, you may need a something to rake the clothes from the bottom of the tub. :) The system does it's best to load balance for high speed spinning. Washing dog beds and the like does not work well since it tries multiples times by refilling the tub with water to attempt to redistribute the load. Some things just can be balanced.

Love the load sending feature. No need to figure out load size, just put your clothes in and the washer senses the load size. Add detergent, fabric softener and bleach. Select your cycle and you're done.

Large capacity machine Does great job cleaning Can handle king size quilt easily and is fairly quiet.

The washer is awesome, I love the phone app feature, but I would like to start the washer without having to turn on the washer manually. Also the washer was a bit tall so everytime I opened the lid it would have to be held open but I moved the washer a inch forward and it worked out. I love the emormous amount of space the washer has I can put my clothes all in one load which saves me a ton of time to get laundry done

It's handled everything from comforters, jeans, a doily, towels to socks and all came out clean. Very quiet.

I returned the Samsung Front Loader washer for this higher capacity LESS HASSLE washer and I love it! NO regrets
