Unit has definite design probs. exchanged twice, same results. Samsung tried to cram to much into this unit. Smart apps are very limited. Unit does not deal well with BD formats. Standard CD/DVD are O.K. Will never buy a BD smart unit made by Samsung again.

Wait a while on buying this for the 4k. I have a Samsung 4k TV and the only way I can get the audio to work while playing a blue - ray is to go through the setup on the TV and take it back to factory settings. Then if you turn the TV off you have to go through the same process. I called Samsung and they could not help and we're suppose to have someone call me back , but I never heard from them, so I got best buy go replace it. Still have the same problem. I really like Samsung TVs, but I'm not so sure about their service now. After this I may have to go back TO SONY.

the sales person talked me into this product instead of the "one step down" model. He assured me I would have much better internet capability. I paid almost 3 times as much and can not use it for internet at all. I have no cable tv and use the internet to watch network tv shows after they air on tv. I can only watch a program until the first commercial and it kicks me out of the program. Very disappointed with the product. would not recommend it for the cost.

I have a Sony Wi-Fi blue ray 3D DVD player that's 2years old and it works much better then the Samsung 7500 the Samsung constantly freez up and shuts off by itself

I had an older model blu ray player that took forever to load so this was a fantastic improvement. The 3D looks awesome on my tv. Only thing I dont like is that since both the blu ray player & my tv are Samsung, the remote to the blu ray will turn my tv completely off when I'm done watching a movie & go to turn the blu ray player off. Quite annoying when you are watching a movie at night with no lights on & the bam, pitch black room. There are 2 power buttons on the remote, I have tried both & no matter what my tv turns off. So now I have to block the signal to the tv or get up & turn the blu ray off manually. I know, wah wah wah, first world problems!

Definitely not for someone who likes to stream movies !!

I purchased this player because I needed dual HDMI outputs to pair with an older Onkyo receiver and a recently purchased Samsung F8500 3D plasma. The dual outputs work flawlessly. The player loads very quickly, and runs cool and quietly. I was lucky enough to purchase this player for $170 on a Black Friday deal. Excellent value.

This player can't even get through one dvd without overheating and freezing. I would not recommend this player.

This one was one of the few 4k Blue-Ray 3D DVD player at a affordable price and great quality! Easy to use and control. Have not yet watched any 3D DVD to see all its features.

It was really noisy. The picture quality was poor.

Plays Blu-rays and DVDs flawlessly. Love the apps, especially YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, which give your TV smart capabilities. The YouTube app pairs with a wireless device to make searching and playing videos easier. The web browser is a bit clunky for full-time use, but it's useful if you want to browse the web with a group of people. I have it paired with a Logitech K400r wireless keyboard/touchpad combo for easy browsing.
