    Had best buy look this product up because it was not on the floor and they confirmed it would have a/v outputs per the description. Open it up and it most definitely don't. Returned it the same day!

    I am a huge fan of Samsung , but this player was slow to load smart features , kept lose wi fi signal , had issue playing avatar movie, and lock up while loading Netflix shows , or stop in the middle of the show. I bought the player on sale for $219.99 . but return it was not happy with its over all performance. trade it in on a Panasonic DMP-BDT330PS which cost $169.99 and works perfect and very happy with it I say to anyone buy this player its cheaper and works better.
