This TV is awesome! It was easy to set up and program and has excellent picture quality. I love that I can do so many things with this Smart TV that you can't do with a conventional TV. The only downside so far has been that there is no headphone jack should I want to turn the volume up without disturbing neighbors or roommates. Can't seem to find a viable option for that without spending a whole bunch more money.

I was shocked at how quick it processed everything, I thought this was for the Ultra HD DVD, it is not. Those are like $300 this just has upscaling, not sure what that means, a team member did not help with this purchase, should have consulted them. I have a smart 4k UHD TV, the picture with the DVD player is amazing, however I dont need the extras on the dvd player as they are on my tv also. Guess for a backup its fine.

The only real 4K bluray player out there right now is by Samsung but it is at $370 and that's on sale so I bought this upscaling 4K which was also on sale for $100. Will wait til black friday and see if there are more out there on sale but this will do for now. Just watched a handful of my bluray movies and no issues so far. Video/Movies comes out great on Sony 4K TV with HDR ! You can check for software updates online.

This Samsung blu--ray player is great. There is front panel display readout that displays the player and disc time information. Updated the firmware. Good product.

This Samsung VCR is small, very easy to use, set up, and program. A great price, great value.

At $85, this DVD player is a great value and works automatically with my Samsung TV. The front width seems unnecessarily wide in comparison to the Sony models. The top controls are inconvenient and you can't see the symbols in a dark cabinet or shelf. Otherwise, the DVD player works smoothly with a Samsung TV and with the remote. I believe that Samsung makes a quality product. I have not used a 4K DVD yet to see if the picture is better than a regular Blu-ray on my 4K TV.

we purchased this item on black friday and was told by the best buy rep that it was a 4k player. (or that was our understanding) set it up on Christmas to play our new 4k movies and it is a regular blue ray player. however.... the picture quality on our 4k tv and the player was excellent. really great quality. if it wasnt for wanting the 4k player would have probably kept it.

DVD has great picture. Easy to use and set up once you figure out the different features.

This is NOT a 4K UHD player. Beyond lacking that capability, it is a great deck. The 1080HD TV that is being used is just a monitor. It does not have any SmartTV features. When on-line services changed their streaming format, the old Blu-ray player would not play them and the manufacturer did not offer a firmware upgrade. We bought this one to replace it. It is amazing. The DLNA player is very robust, too.
