I actually bought this product thinking it was a 4K blu ray player but realized when I got home there is a huge price difference between an upscale 4K blu ray player and a true 4K player. I was really impressed by how this player drastically improves the quality of my blu rays but even more impressed how well it improves my old DVD's as well! Definitely keeping this player until the prices come down on true 4K players.

Very easy set up and use quality picture and good load times for apps.

When I bought it I didn't know I could access so many different streaming services. I was really happy to see Netflix, Hulu and Spotify available to access. Probably the only issue I have with this and it's probably because I haven't read up on it is using it with my Pioneer Elite receiver. Some audio on DVDs I can't figure out how to hear. I know it is probably on my end. All in all very happy with this system.

Priced right, excellent value. Samsung products are great. Have never had an issue with any of their products. We bought 2 of these Blu-Ray players due to their value and how they operate, much better than the more expensive units. The only downfall was the shipping, they continue to use UPS, who cannot seems to ever deliver their product on time as promised.

I purchased this firestick as a package deal with an attentae. I haven't had the chance to use it much but it's pretty cool to have.

Not a bad unit, has an entire repertoire of functions to choose from. They are a bid difficult to navigate thru and the instructions could be a bit more apparent.

Really like Samsung as a company, I feel they produce a superior product (most of the time), this Blu ray player is one of those times. I got it for my dad, he really only watches older movies and Westerns​, the upscaling is extremely impressive and 4K is amazing as well. Very fast loading and good operating system for apps ect, you won't be sorry!

Easy to use and looks good with the TV. Provides a great picture!

This blue ray play is easy enough to complete initial setup and it works fine. I find that changing things like my favorite apps and menus on the player to be a little complicated and not intuitive. I also do not remember seeing anything to assist in this set up or making changes to it in the users guide. Other than that I have no complaints. I have been able to watch everything that I have wanted to on the machine.
