This is a great blu ray player. I have it connected to a new samsung curved 4K tv and a samsung sound bar connected to that. I love the simplicity of all the devices and how they all work together so well. I can use a single remote to control the TV and the Blu Ray player and even the power for the sound bar.

We wanted to purchase a new player after our older Samsung player stared to "act up". We decided to opt a more expensive one so that we could get the front LCD display. The first player we got worked for about 10 minutes and then turned off and would not turn back on. Best Buy quickly shipped a replacement which has been working great for several weeks. We use the player almost every day playing a variety of CDs, DVDs, and blu-rays and have found that we really like having a front display. The player loads discs quickly and has never had a problem playing a disc. The apps seems to work well too, although we mostly just use the you tube app. My only complaint is there there does not seem to be a way to move the you tube app to the list of apps that display on the main screen. However, going into smart hub to access it is not a big deal.

QUIET PLUG AND PLAY VERY GOOD PICTURE REMOTE VERY EASY TO USE

I love this player. It is fast and the movies looks better than on my PS4. My only issue with it is the remote. It takes a long time to type to search for things online, etc. I wish it was like a vizio controller that comes with a keyboard on the back to type things easily. I still think its worth it.

I bought this to go with my new SUHD curved TV thinking it was going to make my experience that much better, but it's nice and it plays well. Do I see a dramatic difference between my Blue ray player and this one? No. I've got to say when you go to the store and see 4K in action it's amazing but anything less than that looks good but not great.

I found many new features on the product that my previous DVD-Blu Ray player did not have; useful for some of the additional capabilities my current entertainment network now has. The picture quality seems better, if that is possible, and the sound is also very good. Great value for the money.

Good over picture with Samsung UHDTV. Easy set up. Manual could be better regarding set up for use with a UHDTV. One setting for UHD had to be turned off in order to achieve a picture. It was on by default. Kind of defeats the purpose of upscaling, if it only works with specific TV's

This replaced another Samsung bluray that took a dump. I haven't used the Smart features because, like others, they're available on other devices. It spins discs up fast. Only thing I don't like is the flat'ish buttons are on the top and mine is stacked such that I can't see what I'm pressing. So, some memorizing of button locations needs to occur.

It was easy to install and use. The picture quality is good.

Bought this to go along with a 4K TV, it works well and picture quality is very good. Have only played a few blu-ray and 3D blu-ray disks and so far all is working well. Remote is a bit difficult to figure out but eventually you get the hang of it. Price was price matched so was a good deal.

Samsung has produced a great Blu-ray player for any setup you may want to use it for. I purchased this specific player due to the fact it had a toslink output for sound. There are no buttons, it is all touch based for controls. This makes it super sleek and clean. Perfect buy for right around $100.

I originally purchased a Sony upscaling player, but had lots of issues with it working with my Visio 4K tv. So I decided to buy this one and give it a try. It was easy to setup and seems to be working great. The only thing I didn't like as much was the layout of the Home interface...I liked the Sony one better. But still a great player.

Needed to replace an older Blu-ray player that quit... this is a good replacement with a few more features...I don’t have 4K so didn’t spend the extra money right now. My only downside is the button placement. They are on top instead of the front. It sits in a rack so they are hard to see and access. But overall a good product.

The BLUERAY found every piece of digital equipment I had installed to the tv. Which made it far easier to install and operate. Thus far it has been a pleasure to own. The price and the customer service was right about the equipment. Always buy my major electronics at Best Buy! Love you guys!!!

I bought this DVD player because it had the optical connection, who a lot of the players don’t. Everything works great.
