Dvd/VCR combo died, so figured it was time to upgrade. Very pleased so far.

I bought a new 4K TV and needed a bluray player. I couldn't justify a true 4K player since those players are still so high. This was the best option for a cheaper price. I don't have a 3D TV so no need for that feature. Easily integrates with my Samsung TV

Decent player but it feels as if it's made rather cheaply. I found the syncing in with wifi to be more of a pain than it's worth. Sometimes such an item having the ability to also be plug & play would be helpful. Would recommend because of the picture quality & price but with reservations.

I purchased a Blue Ray Player online. They sent me a used open box. I returned it to the store and ended up buying this one as a replacement. When I tried to apply my $20 rewards card they told me they couldn't find it. It is there and about to expire. This has not been the greatest of experiences

This blu ray player is so awesome, we're coming back for another one. We're using it with a none 4k TV, and the picture and sound quality is unbelievable!!! Buying a 4k tv soon, and can't wait to see how amazing they'll be together..Love, love,love it!

I loved it. It has all I need to play my Bluray and dvd Favorites movies.

I purchased the DVD and 60 in 4K TV together to update my technology. They both provide beautiful TV and Movie experiences. The color, audio, and depth of pictures is amazing. I am thankful I purchased these Samsung products, they never disappoint.

I wanted a 4K Blu-ray player but didn't want to spend a fortune. This is easy to set up. The movies seem difficult to get started in the play. Could be operator error but I haven't had problems on any other Blu-ray player I have had.

I managed to buy a Samsung Smart TV that could not get Amazon video. The model the year before had a cludge to get it. The models the years after get the app with no problem. Mine won't get it at all. After paying for Prime for a year with no way to get video, I picked this player up, mainly for that, although also to up grade my old DVD player. Works like a charm! Clicked on the app, put in my ID and password, and Bingo! Amazon video. It seems to work faster and with less issues than Netflix through the app on the TV. It includes a web browser as well. Set up could not be easier. Plug it in, run an HDMI cable to the TV, run a quick setup, and you are done. An interesting thing to me, is that the TV recognizes the DVD player and which HDMI input to switch to. Need to switch it back for the cable. Now back to binge watching Bosch on Amazon!

Great player with all the amenities you could ask for at a great price.

I have a 4k TV and DID NOT own a Blu-Ray player until I bought this one. I got it for the up scaling. The picture is almost as good as my actual 4K source content and would have gotten 5 stars but the user interface is a bit clunky. Overall great player for the price and for what it does.

This Blue-Ray DVD player gives a great picture and sound. I use it with my 4K TV and sound bar to get theater quality viewing. I also like the price match policy from Best Buy after I saved $35.00 by getting it at the Black Friday price. (No hassle).

Certain Blu Rays will give a "this action cannot be performed due to disc restrictions" message. The first time this happened, I was ready to box it up and take it back to the store. However, we have found that if you don't let the previews auto-play, press "Disc Menu" then "Play," it usually plays just fine. But if my workaround stops working around, I will not hesitate to edit this review and also return the player.

The set up was very easy. HDMI plug was a cinch to connect. After a few formalities of region, language, etc. We were ready to watch movies. The 3D images were astonishing and excellent clarity. I highly recommend this product.

Loved watching 3D movies with my grand kids. Will buy other 3D movies

I'm so excited! I finally found a player that I really love. It's so easy to hook up and figure out. And the picture quality is superb! I've never been so pleased with a product and I've tried many over the years. I'm very proud to give my endorsement.
