The functions this DVD player has far exceeded my expectations.

Samsung - BD-J6300 - bought this to use over AC1800 wifi in my house to watch my video library using the VuDu smart app and to watch movies in 3D on my 1080p projector, replaced an older Sony 3D bluray player as it could not hang playing 3D movies anymore. This one works awesome.

The Samsung Blu Ray player is an excellent component for our home surround sound system. The player is paired up with a Samsung HD 2016 Samsung model TV and a Pioneer receiver making the combo an excellent choice at a very reasonable price.

Purchased this to replace an older 3D unit we had that died. Connected easily, great picture both 2D and 3D. Have not used the 4K upscaling but use the apps frequently (Netflix, Vudu, Plex). Works both wired and wireless networking, good range on wireless signal to base station.

We bought the new Apple TV for a gift. They really liked it.

I would give 5 stars, great picture and easy to use. The only drawback is that it causes the TV to switch to it's input anytime a DVD is played. If its music only for our outside speakers, the TV will not operate independently. Probably has a workaround but I haven't found it.

The Samsung DVD player is a awesome upgrade to our old DVD player. The old one had a slow response time between it and the remote and was a pain to use. This one is fast and very easy to set up. Buying this was money well spent.

I bought a Samsung smart TV last year and rca jacks are no longer used on these TV's so I could not use my old school DVD player. This new 4K player is perfect now my wife can watch her old school workout dvd's in the living room

I have a 4k TV, but it is not capable of HDR - so I opted out of buying a true UltraHD Blu Ray player. I was skeptical about how this Blu Ray player would look/perform and was blown away by the quality. It does a great job upscaling!

Not expensive,especially using My best buy rewards points knocked it down to 60 bucks with free shipping. Plays burned DVDs with ease and like that it syncs with my Samsung tv.Have not used the 3d yet,but might try it out of curiosity.Nice it has drawer button on remote.

I bought this DVD player for my theater room. I was told by a Best Buy associate that this was the best DVD player to upgrade picture from my HD Sony projector. I am happy with it. I have a 120" perforated screen.

We bought a new Samsung 55" Smart 4KHG TV. We are pretty much Samsung loyalists. We had never experienced BLU-RAY before, but coupled with our new TV, our viewing experience has improved tremendously. Couldn't be happier.

Bought this player for more current apps. Was not disappointed. One main screen has all the features so easy to select Blu-ray or apps such as Netflix. Has trouble turning on and connecting to my wi-fi first-time. Have to retry a few times before it connects.

It works great even with fifteen year old dvds I bought when my kids were little

I purchased this on a whim one day after getting rid of the PS3. I needed something to play my Redbox movies on. Blue Ray is outstanding on this unit. The colors are crisp, accurate and the picture is sharp. Awesome deal.

We really like the setup for Netflix and the other apps.

Bought this as a replacement for the 5700 model which did not work we could not tell if it was on or not (no lit up button). Priced right, will be using only for playing actual disks. Nothing really special about this player, using AppleTV for accessing Netflix and such.

hooked up to a samsung 4k tv it was no problem to setup. great pictures good smart tv functions only bad point is will not play backup copies of movies. The grandkids are hard on dvds so they dont scratch the originals.

It took only a few minutes from removing the Samsung - BD-J6300 Blu-ray player from its box to sitting back and enjoying a blu-ray disc with great picture quality. Samsung provides high quality at reasonable prices.
