Only used it a couple of times so far, with no problems to date. A no frills, get-what-you-pay-for DVD player. Works great, easy to use. Good value for the money.

Casual gamer, upgraded from a 7 year old LED 17''. Really happy with the picture quality. Also appreciate the monitor stand - easy to adjust height, angle and tilt.

The 4k upscaling blue ray combined with a 4k tv gives an awesome movie watching experience. Much better option than buying 4k player and having to buy 4k blue rays.

have zero complaints on this one, it is a great player with plenty of apps to enjoy. was very easy to get hooked up to wi-fi and have loved the quick load times and would recommend this one!

I was replacing a Sony blu ray player and had no idea of the improvements. Picture is much better but the connectivity of accessing Amazon Video etc. is way better than with my 4 year old Samsung TV

My only gripe is I'm too old school to appreciate there is no hook ups for surround sound! LOL!!! Great DVD/Blueraynplayer, great picture, price and design.

Needed a 2nd Blu-ray player for a new 4k TV. Wasn't ready to go after the true 4k player yet. This fits the bill nicely. Tons of features, apps, remote works great.

We purchased this on the recommendation of the salesperson when getting an HD TV. Great picture, no problems, we are very glad we made the choice to purchase it.

This blue ray DVD player is a good addition to a home system. It is a nice size and has the features I was looking for. All in all a good product for the price.

First Blu-ray I've bought. Love it. Would give it 5 stars, but the controls are too sensitive. Can turn on or off accidentally if hand goes over controls. Would still recommend it to friends.

the Samsung blueray dvd is easy to use. it is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.i have an older Samsung plasma tv and it works great with it.

Needed a new blue ray player to go along with the new tv. Simple to use. Love the fact you can add more apps to it, not being limited to what is pre-installed.

I bought this in 6/16 and it has performed flawlessly. No hitches or hiccups. The quality of the picture is wonderful, especially when paired with a Samsung TV.
