SAMSUNG NEEDS QUALITY ASSURANCE HELP
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought and setup this player on 11/10/2016 with no problems to replace an older Blu-Ray player for my 4K UHD TV. Watched both DVD and Blu-Ray movies after setup with no problems. Great picture for both. Liked the other options with the player. On 11/11/2016, started having problems. Blu-Rays were not recognized and DVDs started having various problems. Worked with SAMSUNG tech support to fix with no success. Did additional research and found that this is not the first time for this problem for this SAMSUNG player. Returned this unit on 11/12/2016 and replaced with the SONY BD-J6300. I believe that SAMSUNG needs to examine their Quality Assurance methods due to this problem and their other current problems. May have something in common for all.
