The Samsung Bespoke was something I didn’t know I needed. I absolutely love the beverage center, being able to have filtered water within seconds is great but also having the option to add into the diffuser is exceptional! I’ve been drinking more water now too which is a plus. Now on the 2 sizes of ice cubes, WOW! Everything about the size although I purchased counter-depth I can’t even tell because the size isn’t as much smaller as previous models have been. Im absolutely in love with my fridge! Last thing, being able to change the color options makes it seems like a different fridge whenever I want! The only thing I don’t like is the finger prints.

I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator for a while now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The first thing that stood out to me was the modern design. The customizable panels really make a difference—it gave me the flexibility to choose a color that matched my kitchen, and I like knowing I can update the look in the future without replacing the whole appliance. What I liked: Spacious layout: The interior is well-organized, and the adjustable shelves make it easy to store tall items or rearrange space when needed. The French doors open wide, which makes it easy to see everything inside. FlexZone drawer/freezer design: The freezer is roomy, and I really like the pull-out drawer organization. It keeps frozen foods easy to access without digging around. Quiet and efficient: The refrigerator runs quietly, and I’ve noticed it keeps a very consistent temperature, which helps keep fruits and veggies fresh longer. Smart features: The built-in controls are intuitive, and being able to adjust settings easily is a nice plus. What could be better: The finish, while beautiful, does show fingerprints a bit more than I expected, so I find myself wiping it down often. The ice maker is on the smaller side—fine for daily use, but if you host often, you may run out. Overall experience: This refrigerator combines style, function, and efficiency really well. It feels high-end, looks great in my kitchen, and has been very reliable so far. If you want a customizable design with plenty of storage space, this is a great option.

Overall, this is a nice refrigerator. It’s taking a little bit of time to get used to the hidden water dispenser and ice. It is very hard to keep fingerprints from the doors, especially with no handles.

beautiful fridge but it does have some flaws, which ultimately made we want to return it. the finish shows fingerprint marks, so you constantly have to clean it. Also, if the door is left open just a little bit, the alarm won't go off. This happened to me when my kids left the door open a tiny bit. It drained the freezer and all my frozen items defrosted and it took overnight to refreeze.
