The Samsung Bespoke was something I didn’t know I needed. I absolutely love the beverage center, being able to have filtered water within seconds is great but also having the option to add into the diffuser is exceptional! I’ve been drinking more water now too which is a plus. Now on the 2 sizes of ice cubes, WOW! Everything about the size although I purchased counter-depth I can’t even tell because the size isn’t as much smaller as previous models have been. Im absolutely in love with my fridge! Last thing, being able to change the color options makes it seems like a different fridge whenever I want! The only thing I don’t like is the finger prints.

Beautiful fridge with plenty of room, dual ice maker, and beverage center. A big fan of Samsung products and great to be able to connect to SmartThings app to control at any time and receive alerts. Counter depth model fit perfectly in our narrow kitchen without sacrificing too much storage space.

We absolutely love this counter-depth refrigerator—it has exceeded all our expectations. It replaced a much more expensive fridge that didn’t even last a year, and the difference in quality and performance is night and day. The ice maker is one of the best features. It pushes ice out better than any built-in ice maker we’ve had in previous fridges. Ice is made quickly, consistently, and we’ve never had a jam or freeze-up. In past fridges, the ice would clump or freeze in the chute, making it a hassle to get a single cube. With this fridge, we simply press the lever and get fresh ice every time—no frustration, no issues. The water dispenser is also incredibly well-designed. It includes a built-in pitcher that stays inside the door, so you're always pouring cold, filtered water. There’s even a dedicated space for ice in the pitcher, which is such a smart and convenient touch. It’s perfect for meals, guests, or just staying hydrated throughout the day. Space-wise, the fridge is thoughtfully laid out. As a counter-depth unit, it fits beautifully into our kitchen without sticking out, yet still offers more than enough room for our weekly grocery needs. We’re not fridge stockpilers, so the space is perfect for a regular household that values organization over overstuffing. The freezer is just as efficient—well-sized and easy to access, with no wasted space. We also appreciated the ability to choose the panel color to match our kitchen. The installation was a breeze—took less than 10 minutes, and it was up and running without any hassle. Overall, this fridge is an absolute win. It performs better than high-end models we’ve tried in the past, looks sleek and modern, and offers smart, user-friendly features that make everyday life easier. Truly worth every penny.

We've had the Samsung - BESPOKE for a month now and we are very happy with it. The Best Buy delivery team was excellent as always. One of the reason I always shop at BestBuy. The delivery guys are super careful, clean and respect your home and your new purchase. We decided to get a new fridge because out 9 year old Frigidaire Gallery was icing up in the freezer. I had to defrost it every 2 weeks. There were a couple of things that really annoyed us about the Frigidaire Gallery anyway like the design of its ice maker which over flowed if you had the OEM shelf installed above it. We had to take that shelf out to make the icemaker work. So let's talk about the new Samsung. How it's great and how it improves over the Frigidaire. The Samsung - BESPOKE: We opted for the counter depth 23cu. ft 4 door French stainless steel. For us the counter depth works perfectly. You need to measure careful and make sure your space allows the unit to sit back to the counter and still open doors. Our situation was perfect for the counter depth unit. Quality: The 1st thing you will notice: These doors are heavy duty and very well made. In fact the entire unit screams quality craftsmanship and materials. Example: On the old Frigidaire, the water dispenser was just a plastic hose sticking out. The Samsung's fit and finish of the dispenser was much nicer. The back/bottom of the Frigidaire was covered by a piece of "cardboard"!! How cheap is that? The Samsung uses all metal back. Features: Icemaker moved to the bottom in a bin vs ice in door. I thought the family might not like this, but no one has any complaints about it at all. More important: It just works perfect every time. Drink Center: I did not expect to use the built-in pitcher that automatically refills, but I use that almost exclusively. If I need a little water like to take a pill, I use the internal dispenser, but otherwise the pitcher is faster and the water is very cold from the pitcher. The drink center behind a door I thought would be a little annoying but no, its fast & easy. No complaints and I like the clean look. The drink center is one the best parts. Middle Drawer: This is something we really wanted and it's working out great for us. You can use it so many different ways but we use to put our most popular lunch making products like sandwich meat, cheese, etc. Freezer on bottom: This was a big change for us as the old fridge was a side-by-side, but we are happy with the new arrangement. The app. : Yes, the fridge has an app. I like that it alerts us if someone left the fridge door ajar. This already happened once where someone forgot to close the door all the way. Door closing mechanism: This is something I personally really like. I hate it when people slam the fridge door. With the Samsung - BESPOKE, this happens far less. The doors have a soft-stop just before the door closes and then you press a bit more and the door pulls itself shut and holds it tightly closed. Stop in at BestBuy and feel it for yourself. Its a satisfying close you can be sure that fridge is closed up tight. In closing, We are really happy with the Samsung - BESPOKE and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

We purchased the charcoal black and black glass combo as our bespoke option and it is beautiful. We love the functionality of the beverage center and the duel ice maker is more convenient than I anticipated.

I bought this refrigerator last june so far i don't have any problem on it.the design is sleek easy to clean beverage center is good i never buy any bottled water anymore water taste is good same as water bottle ice maker is perfect 2 different ice cubes i used big ones for shake and smothies while small ice is good for drinks soda and tea.the middle storage is great for kids drinks and food adjustable temperature.i'm still waiting for the lower panel on my fridge hope this fridge will last for many years as this one is my biggest purchase.

Love the refrigerator! So much space un a counter depth. 2 sizes of ice and the Beverage center is amazing. Finger print resistant stainless steel makes cleaning a breeze, just a soft cloth works great

We just got our new Samsung 23-cu Counter Depth Refrigerator with Beverage Center, and so far we love it!!! The beverage center is definitely a great perk; we love the pitcher with flavor diffuser. Also produces two kinds of ice! We primarily bought it because our fridge is located right in a corner in our kitchen, which causes all kinds of issues opening the fridge door all the way. That is no problem at all for this fridge; there are no handles and we can easily get to everything. Love it!

The Bespoke Refrigerator exceeded my expectations and fits perfect in our kitchen. The design including the Drink Center, adds to the overall functionality. I use the autofill pitcher consistently. Our guestes comment positively on the dual ice icemaker.

By far my favorite fridge and appliance in the house. The nugget ice is a win. I wish the shelves pulled out but you cant get everything you want. I tried for the french door foor door but it was 500.00 more. This was 2500 on sell. The beverage center is great. The flex zone fridze freezer option is wonderful. Its not so deep things get lost but its wide.

We remodeled our kitchen in 2007 and the refrigerator installed them was a side-by-side counter-depth unit. We started having “French Door” envy for the last 5years until the 2007 unit died! This new Samsung Counter Depth French Door (4-Doors) is just the best for being able to grocery shop smarter; organize food items; keep fresh foods - fruits, vegetables & leftovers usable!! The beverage door access for quick drinks and to access the hidden water dispenser. PLUS the provided filtered water pitcher that automatically refills when the pitcher is placed back in the refrigerator!! The capacity for frozen food is better than the old side-by-side if only because we can see everything. The topper is the ice-maker that provides both larger size cubes and “small” cubes !! Don’t miss having crushed use at all!

I am in love with this refrigerator. Installers were wonderful. I downsized to a counter depth refrigerator from a side by side but I can hardly tell a difference in capacity. The shelves are deep, the ice is nice, and I love having the ability to change the colors.

I am amazed at the quality and attractiveness of this product. After a month of use, I am highly impressed with every detail down to the hinges just being so smooth. Opening and closing the doors is a breeze. I love the glass! I bought this for the ice and hidden water access but I’m in love with the entire refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator!! I have the white glass panels and it looks so sleek and seamless with my white cabinets and countertops. I love the 2 different size ice cubes it makes and the customizable zones. The fact that we get 2 free custom panels is just icing on the cake

We’re extremely pleased with our new fridge—it’s been an outstanding value. The multi-size ice option is a fantastic feature; having both small and medium cubes is ideal for different drinks. The fast-fill water pitcher inside and the external dispenser are incredibly convenient. We especially love the adjustable temperature middle drawer—it’s versatile and perfect for everything from snacks to deli items. And the fact that you can control the fridge with a phone app? That’s next-level. Truly impressed. Solid 5 stars!

Amazing looking fridge. Never thought I could love a refrigerator so much, but I do. Had a “stainless”Samsung before and had a ton of problems. The ice maker broke (notorious for that model) and the crappy “fingerprint free stainless” was not true stainless. Everything stained it - water splashes, wet fingers, anything. Owned stainless for years, but THAT was not regular stainless. So when we bought this fridge, we were free! Awesome ice maker with 2 kinds of ice. Still adjusting to counter depth, but has plenty of room. We use the middle drawer for drinks on one side (cans store standing up!) and meats and cheeses on the other. The auto water dispenser is a game changer. Didn’t think we’d love it so much! Fill up glasses, put back in fridge and VOILA! your water pitcher is filled when the door closes. Fridge is easy to clean since it’s glass. And did I say it looks great?? We bought the teal panels on top with white below. You won’t regret it! Seriously, everyday I exclaim, I love this fridge!!
