    It is without a doubt this is a gorgeous Refrigerator. However, the delivery took what seemed like an eternity. We had to wait 4 months to get this Samsung delivered to our home. The manufacturer was delayed twice. We were using our little daughter’s mini refrigerator for 4 months. Finally, our long awaited Samsung Refrigerator Bestow was delivered. Only to have the freezer not working properly. The freezer was not cold enough for ice maker to work properly and did not keep foods frozen. What a huge disappointment. At last, we had a third party repair personal to service the refrigerator. He found this brand new Samsung to be low on refrigerant. We have to wait and see if it will be functioning properly in the next few days. Hopefully, yours will be working on day one. Gorgeous refrigerator, bad experience.

    Doors are too thick!

    We were really disappointed to find that the doors require so much space to open that it needs to stick out of the wall at least 4.5”. What makes that even more frustrating is the sides of the doors are not stainless. We were very excited about this fridge after looking at it in the store, but I don’t understand why they would make a cabinet depth fridge that has to stick out so far from the cabinets to be functional. Also, the stainless is pretty dark and doesn’t match the other stainless in our kitchen. We will be returning this for a different brand/model.

    Would not recommend until Samsung reviews quality

    Samsung has to do better, we love the fridge and looks nice however, we had a shelf on the door randomly break in half with only condiments on it, and in the fridge on floor of the fridge under the drawers started cracking. We also have another Samsung refrigerator at our rental property with the famous ice maker freezing up. If you plan on buying a fridge I wouldn’t recommend Samsung rather LG.

    Cheap build quality

    Build quality is not good for price. Feels cheap and plasticky and flimsy. The 4 door Flex model is much better. Poor storage space with tight compartments on door that barely fits typical bottles like salad dressings.

    Love the frig and the look. But I had a problem the first week. A loud noise that is heard 50 ft away and over other noises in home. I notified Best Buy was told have to deal with Samsung. They have sent a tech still no resolution. I feel Best buy should have dealt with it or changed since it was soon after purchase. Frustrated

    Water Filter Replacement a DISTASTER

    The water filter replacement is a disaster. First, you have to pull out the fridge to turn the water off. Then when I put the new one it, it leaked all over the floor.

    The water pitcher part of the system doesn’t work. It does not fill the pitcher. I’ve followed the instructions but does not work

      There's nothing more refreshing than a glass of nice cool water, and having a pitcher full of it and ready to go is quite handy. But if your pitcher's not filling, the solution could be as simple as turning the setting on.

      Autofill water pitcher doesn't fill:

      The AutoFill water pitcher will stop filling if it detects a leak and will make the icon on the panel blink until the issue is resolved. In most models, this can be fixed by removing the pitcher, allowing the compartment to drain, and then drying it down.

    Refrigerator

    We love the refrigerator, the process to have it installed and the service associated with the purchase and the removal and replacement of the refrigerator. The door ice maker was not functioning upon installation and Best Buy sent out a serviceman to evaluate the problem and diagnosed it as defective and BB is replacing the entire refrigerator. They are good on their promises and service.

    Works great until it doesn't

    Great fridge, until it decided to go out and all our food went bad. Samsung came out to try and fix it and nothing could be done. So we've just had a broken fridge for 3 months now.
