    Was delivered a brand new refrigerator and as the people were bringing it to my house, a door fell off. Yes this was a brand new one too, right out of the box. Customer service was NOT the greatest on this, from the number I was told to call. No fault of the Best Buy store though since I’m sure they weren’t aware of this problem prior

    beautiful refrigerator. run quietly. love the beverage center with water dispensing only ( ice maker is in the freezer). it stop running after 2 yrs :( but I purchased extended warranty with Geek Squad and they agreed to replace it . extended warranty is worthy.

    beautiful fridge but it does have some flaws, which ultimately made we want to return it. the finish shows fingerprint marks, so you constantly have to clean it. Also, if the door is left open just a little bit, the alarm won't go off. This happened to me when my kids left the door open a tiny bit. It drained the freezer and all my frozen items defrosted and it took overnight to refreeze.

    Great refrigerator - terrible customer service.

    We love this refrigerator. It's been several months and we still notice every day how easy it is to see everything, and how convenient it is. HOWEVER, I would NOT buy this from Best Buy. I have never had such a poor customer service experience in my life. I hate to say it, because we have been regular customers, but for this product it has been awful. The door was dented upon arrival, and our Best Buy installers said they couldn't install it because of a plumbing problem. So we hired a plumber who came immediately and said there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. From that point on, getting anyone to respond to us to install the refrigerator, replace the damage, etc. was practically impossible. It literally took months to get a response and things still aren't resolved. Bottom line: don't hesitate on the refrigerator, but buy it somewhere else.

    Looks very nice; fridge space was ok but the freezer space is not sufficient. I should have gone with the model that has shelves in the freezer as it allows for easy storing and viewing of items. I returned it after two weeks and exchanged for the model will shelves.

    Spacious fridge however it stopped producing ice and filling up the pitcher with water within the first months. We thought it was a filter issue so we changed and we are still having the same issue a year now. Other than that, the fridge is great for space. We love the hidden door feature when we want to grab a quick beverage but just sucks that we’re having a water issue already

    The first frig didn't work. It took 2 weeks to get a new one without the white panels. More nonsense at the second installation. The only bright spot with this whole ordeal was our sales person, Mitchell, who helped us for nearly a month to figure it out.

    Love the beverage station. The freezer went out within a week. Samsung repairman replaced entire component. Love the fridge as long as it works. Dealing with Samsung customer service is a nightmare. When it comes time to replace appliances again, we will not replace with this brand.

    Grt product w/problematic delivery/ordering of pan

    Our sales guy was super friendly and professional, however there are issues with the way Samsung is ordering the panels and delivery dates got mixed up we have now waited over a month to have the final product installed including the panels. I have to add that the delivery personnel were extremely professional and friendly.

    Bought this unit on 12/28/24 on my Best Buy Credit card. It was not delivered & installed until 2/13/25. Best Buy charged my card interest & a late fee for January even though I did not have the product yet. What a scam. Customer service on phone were rude & said oh well. Will not ever charge anything there again.

    Poor icemaker design. Hard to get ice. After a few days of using it, it became frustrating to get stuff in the freezer with the icemaker cover blocking the frozen food.

    There are many fine features regarding this appliance. However, I noticed when the light hit the left side door panel that there were fine scratches in the stainless steel. Unfortunately I noticed them too late to have this issue rectified.
