It’s a nice refrigerator and the best feature is the beverage center. Downside is the shelves don’t adjust to have taller items. One of the shelves slides in for that but then you lose a lot of shelf space for small items. The look and design are good and seems well made.

I really like this fridge, especially the beverage center. I just bring the pitcher to my desk at work (home) or to the table at dinner and don't have to make trips back to the kitchen often. My one complaint is the amount of plastic strips I had to pull off the fridge when it was delivered. It still feels like I'm pulling hidden ones off to this day. Also, the freezer drawers feel a little cheap.

Love this fridge. I originally had the standard depth which was very spacious. It stuck out too much for my liking. I now have counter depth and it’s not as spacious but definitely still is great. Ice maker could be a little better as far as the amount when full. Just my opinion. Overall I definitely recommend this fridge!

Four stars because the ice chest has more condensation that it should have. Otherwise decent fridge for the price. I changed two of the panels for black and navy steel. Blue kitchen theme. Will see how it holds up in a year.

Like the overall size and layout of the fridge. The ice maker is a little slow and doesn't always keep up with the family. The ice bites are just smaller version of ice cubes. Was hoping to replace my countertop nugget ice maker with the fridge but nope. The beverage center is great, the auto refill pitcher is a very nice feature. My favorite thing about the fridge and the reason I went with this model is the center drawer. I use it to place snacks and lunch items and it makes organizing the fridge a breeze. Cons to the fridge:other than the ice being a little slower, the stainless steel is not finger print resistant and I have to wipe it down multiple times per day.

Great size and inside space. Filter easy to change out. Wished shelving would have been to where they were interchangeable.

Love, love, love this fridge! It fit perfectly into my space, looks beautiful and I love the features. Love that the midddle drawer can be used as fridge or freezer. I use it as fridge for wine, Also love the beverage center. I keep the pitcher for citrus water, and use the auto dispense for pure filtered water. Gives easy access to soda without opening the full fridge. I did not give 5 stars due to an issue with delivery schedule. It was scheduled for delivery the day before I moved into my house. They canceled same day and had me scheduled 2 weeks out! Not good. The scheduler was not able to give a reason, promised $200 to help pay for lost food and the funds never came. I called the store directly, and they were able to deliver within a couple of days.

Very nice, excellent layout design with slide out drawer and Beverage Center. Reason it's not a 5 is because it came with a very slight circular indentation on front drawer, which should have been caught by manufacturer during final inspection. Also, fingerprints show up very quickly, although easy to wipe down with damp cloth. Otherwise, very happy with purchase.

Love the looks of the fridge. Take less room in walkway area. Only problem is I thought it was more fingerprint resistant it is not.

Performing well after one month. Love the temp-adjustable middle drawer, perfect for deli stuff and saves many openings of the main compartment. Also love the ice maker with two sizes (actually prefer the "ice bites" to crushed ice), and the beverage center seems well thought-out to me. On the other hand, you will leave the doors ajar much more often on this refrigerator than on your previous one - they will not close on their own. Annoying, but not huge. Overall, a good purchase.

I really like the fridge, it looks sleek and the size is perfect for me. The beverage center is very useful and I like having the ice maker in the freezer compartment which makes more sense than on the door of the top section. My only complaint is that the ice draw falls off it’s track every time I use it no matter how careful I am. Despite that I am glad that I purchased this fridge and my family and friends all agreed that it was a good choice.

The Bespoke is beautiful and sleek, however, there are a few issues I want to share. I, personally, miss the ice/water in the door, but getting ice from the freezer and water from the bev center isn't that big of deal, especially if your ice is going into a cup that's well insulated and lasts a long time. Design behind the ice bins is not good. If you push to fast or two much ice with the scoop, the ice will shoot out over the back of the bin and onto the floor under the fridge. The freezer door "bumps" down and back when you push it in and is already starting to make a rubbing sound. Beware, not much room in the freezer at all due to the middle drawer. The middle drawer is NOT capable of being an additional freezer section as I first thought because it is marketed as a "flex zone" like the true 4-corner door model. It is no more fingerprint resistant than any other stainless fridge. (I did not want any of the colors). The counter depth is quite a bit smaller than a standard depth, but it has suited our needs and is sleek with the cabinets. I do sometimes miss handles on the front. Another learning curve.

Nice sleek design with hidden beverage center. Lots of side pockets inside the French Doors . Especially like the middle pull out drawer for easy access of deli products. Freezer is big, but could do with a smaller ice area. Two sizes of ice takes up a lot of unnecessary room.

LOVE the fridge, but it took 11 tries to get the fridge delivered to the correct address. Ended up having to have it shipped to the store and pay someone to pick it up for me. The men assisting putting it into the truck were not equipped well enough and the fridge fell and ended up denting the front, which I didn’t realize until package removal at home. I then had to call 3 more times because they again kept trying to deliver my replacement to NYC no matter how many times I provided the right address. I finally have my replacement and absolutely love the fridge in itself! Especially with children who always nag about wanting drinks, lol!

The fridge is beautiful and elegant looking. The compartments/doors for organization are great if you have a bigger family, buy a lot of grocries, or save leftovers. I feel like I just have a few complaints: 1. the size of the side shelves are a bit small compared to my whirpool fridge I had. 2. the ice machine compartment has a sliding door/lid that opens and closes by itself. I feel like the floor model was smoother whereas ours doesnt really move that smoothly and we bought it early July this summer. Not sure if we need to call Best Buy and exchange the fridge or if that’s normal? Anyway, Samsung fridges are nice..very similar to the asethetics in South Korea since it is a korean brand.

Looks fine until now.. we may go for 4 door one next time.. Last time my not so old Samsung fridge stopped working deep freezer.. hoping for better result this time.

Love the refrigerator. Ice tray very good and flex drawer excellent. Counter depth holds a lot. It makes noises more than most but I’m very happy with it. So much easier to keep clean than stainless steel. Everyone loves the color.

Love this fridge the beverage station is awsom as we always infuse lemons or limes with the water pitcher. Love the dual ice maker as me and my wife has different preference. Only thing i will admit i am mahh about is the interior space but we also got counter depth so that more on us then anyrhing all in all really good fridge
