Purchased one of each for my new bespoke washer and dryer. The one for dryer came damaged in shipping so not bestbuys or Samsungs fault. Then waited 1.5 weeks for the second replacement. Geek squad installed and noticed by manufacturer defect that a part that attaches drawer to rail is missing. Again I sit waiting another week for a replacement.

WE HAD LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT ORDERED WITH PEDESTAL ALL AT ONCE SO THAT CAN BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED TOGETHER (NOT TO MENTION WE PAID FOR INSTALLATION)... BUT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION THEY COME UP AND DOES NOT BRING ALL THE STUFF FROM ONE ORDER AND THEN I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AND THEY AGIAN WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME JUST DROPPED OFF PEDESTAL SO I HAD TO KEEP ON CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN SO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO INSTALL....VERY POOR COMMUNICATION BY BEST BUY TEAM...VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

Scheduling with Best Buy to get things installed is ridiculous. God forbid you have a bundle and have to split the stands up to have them delivered later.

Good Luck trying to reach anyone by phone. No courtesy call waiting all day to find out items are on back order. No one in their stores of any authority to resolve issues. An absentee landlord that used to be an electronics giant. Expecting customers to pay monthly payments for items not received with no idea when they will arrive? Retail is truly dead!!!! Stores look empty and ransacked, understaffed and dead. Used to love going there, such a shame.

Not Happy, buyer beware

Products are good, installation the worst in the industry. Don't have anything installed by Best Buy, their contractors the worse.

Washer dryer combo pedestal

Only the top 4 corners have support or you can crush the unit if you don't align the washer directly entered when setting on top. My washer dryer combo is sitting on the floor without the pedestal.

Samsung Pedestal

The men that delivered totally disconnected they dryer from the vent. I had to move the dryer by myself, climb behind it and reconnect it. Plus they left their open box cutter under some towels that were on my washer. Not happy with delivery guys number 2

Both corners of the front drawer had a pressure impact dent. BB replaced for us no problem. The outside material on these is very thin and will dent/damage super easy.
