Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two pedestals and both were dented. The dents were on the sides so I kept them. I tried to call Best Buy to report this but there was a 15 minute wait time on hold. I didn’t want to lug them back.

Terrible Expierence
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased two pedestals for My Samsung washer and dryer. it was to be installed and was notified on the day of delivery that they were going to leave it at the front door. I called in immediately and said cancel the order, If it’s not going to be installed, she said she cannot cancel it. I called to speak to the store manager could not get through. When I called back, I spoke to Carlos at customer delivery supposedly my concierge. He said he spoke to the truck after putting me on hold and they were going to install it out of the goodness of their heart. Three hours later the pedestals arrived. I asked, were they going to be installed? The driver said he doesn’t speak English And the other person who was with him said they were not installing and had no idea ablut the installation. I refused the product because of the size I don’t have the type of vehicle where I can take the product and bring it back to the store. After spending almost $7500 in the last year at Best Buy I guess they don’t need my business anymore. Very disappointed.! Don’t lie to your customers.!
