We have been without a washing machine for now a month and there is no end in sight.

No warranty after 12 months and extremely expensive to repair. Absolutely garbage design. Sounds like a freight train it is SO LOUD with all sorts of weird grinding sounds. Worst purchase of my life.

I hate the touch screen it never wants to work right. There is no option for an extra spin cycle. Im over companies making things so fancy without out any extra utility in them. Just another feature to break and cost a fortune to fix. Only reason we bought these is we need the larger capacity. I do not recommend them at all!

If the buttons on your washer won't work, ensure the Child Lock is off, and proper cleaning on the control panel is important.

Rear feet on washer are not properly coated to prevent tile damage. Installation by Samsung (not BestBuy) was a nightmare. Took the extra parts and required parts away and cut the water hose on install. Installed the dryer so the vent had a S turn and it blew off first use. Rear feet on washer scrape the tile and impossible to push rear of washer. Navigating the Samsung site is a complete circle that gets you somewhere in space. Chat is mostly miss. You may get passed to 4 different people before they hang up on you. Good luck. Warranty is totally messed up. Site says one thing and the paperwork you get something else. BB and other local retailers are better on these items. I suggest you buy from Best Buy.

This was such a heavy washing machine and they brought it up to the install spot with ease. Very nice and helpful. Plus so far I adore this washer, couldn't be happier!!

These units are made from material that is sooooo thin, they dent if you look at them wrong. Two of our pcs arrived pre-damaged despite being wrapped and packed. Best Buy was excellent in replacing them for us and did that very quickly. We ended up with a small dent in one of them just by sliding it into place despite being very careful. That's on us so we are living with it.

The almost $1,000 washer only comes with a 1 year warranty! I had the total tech package which made it 2 years, but that wasn’t enough. I should have used my Amex card to add another year free, but I said what the heck, a washer usually lasts 8-10 years. APPARENTLY NOT SAMSUNG. ONLY about 27 MONTHS until the pump motor went! Total tech members get 20% off, so the diagnostic visit was $99 and the repair cost $374! For one part! NEVER AGAIN!!! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! At least the total tech repair guys, Sam and Gene were top shelf and gentleman, and they fixed it quickly, but I paid almost half the price of the washer to fix just one part. I have been told that Samsung appliances unlike their phones are not quality and long lasting products. You got me this time Samsung, plus I’ll never use anything Apple phones to the day I die! “Best Buyer” beware! Caveat emptor …. in any language but another brand!!
