BUYERS BEWARE. I normally don't write reviews, however, I am normally not this upset about a product. I bought the Samsung - BESPOKE 5.3 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and AI OptiWash - Brushed Navy in January 2023 for approximately $1100 including tax and also purchased a matching dryer. We don't use the washer much with only a two person household. Nonetheless, the product stopped working only 29 months later in late June 2025 due to what the repairman says is a bad control board. The cost of a control board from Samsung was quoted at approximately $600+ and, with the service, was going to cost a total of $880 to repair. Apparently, very POOR QUALITY and such a waste of money. I will not be buying any Samsung washers or dryers in the future. Purchase at your own risk..

I loved this washer, pure AI technology and Inverter electrical engineering.

Purchased washing machine in February of this year worked fine until today Midway through June. The drum has come apart and shakes violently when in the spin cycle. Contacting Samsung customer support tomorrow and inquire about the factory one year parts and labor warranty.

Want to spend $1K+ for a smart washer that is unable to connect to its “smart” app? Me neither. The user experience is horrible the first time you plug it in. It can’t even complete a basic registration?? Come on man. What are we doing here?

Finally features that actually are useful! This machine replaced a GE front loader that failed after two years. I can honestly say the features this machine has are actually useful in everyday life unlike the machine it replaced. The AI is fantastic, several times the machine has altered the cycle when it senses the clothes are extra dirty or not very dirty, saving time in the long run and producing much cleaner clothes. The detergent and softener dispensing works very well. The machine is exceptionally quiet while running and the spin is far better and far quieter than the GE it replaced. The smart integration is very helpful and unintrusive. Getting helpful reminders like when laundry is done or when it’s been sitting too long or when to clean the machine are handy without being annoying. I’ve tested out a few detergents with this machine and the best one I’ve found that complements how it works is the German version of Persil Professional from Amazon. I have a Miele set in my master suite and I use the same detergent in both, but the Samsung cleans better!

I purchased this model back in mid April when it had a nice sale discount, and have been using it for almost a month now. I'm very satisfied with it so far. The auto detergent dispense feature allows me to pour quite a bit of liquid detergent in at a time so I don't have to do it manually each wash. I do 2-3 loads per week, and after almost a month, I still don't have to refill the detergent chamber. There are numerous settings for a wash cycle, but I mainly just use the AI OptiWash to let it auto determine the detergent amount/wash time/dirt level of my laundry. The washer also automatically saves your most used wash cycle settings so that the next time you turn it on, those settings will be the first selection to appear without having to keep turning the dial until your desired wash cycle. The wifi feature is pretty neat. I connected it to my Samsung galaxy phone so that it'll notify me whenever the wash cycle is done. The large 5.3 cu ft. capacity is perfect for washing my beddings too. I would recommend getting the optional pedestal that comes with it so that you don't have to bend/kneel down to put in/take out your laundry every time. The pedestal comes with a storage space inside too for my laundry needs.

Amazing. Our clothes have never been cleaner. The AI setting does everything you need. and filters the water during the cycle so less water use. It's great to have cleaner clothes and less water cost but clothes are in a full tub of water during the entire cycle. Steamed and clean is what we get no matter what size the load we do! P.S. the ling to my home things alerts me when they are done or i can start them when i want not even being home. And... no more pods or spills its a load detergent and softner for up to 30 loads at once. amazing machine

The tech in these are amazing! Both the washer and dryer are ultra quiet. We are a big Samsung using family. Why does this matter? Outside quality made and innovative they all talk to each other. I get a notice on my Samsung TV /phone when one of the units have completed a load. I would recommend this product to anyone. The Total Tech service was another story. Very helpful customer service but the third party company they use for installation are horrible. Took three appointments to the house and included me buying installation parts (that I was assured the installers would have)before the third to get the units install.
