FANTASTIC washing machine! In fact, it's easily the best one we've ever owned! Simple interface, efficient, does an EXCELLENT job getting our laundry clean, and has a ton of modern options, like controlling it from an app!

So far I love it . I love the technology and the way it auto senses how much detergent, time needed and washing settings to get my clothes clean.

The Samsung BESPOLE 5.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Smart Front Load Washer is absolutely fantastic. The cycles are great and it has an AI selection which will sense your load and create a cycle perfect for the fabrics and soil level. This is a great washer and makes your job keeping clothing clean and fresh easy.

Bought these because the old washer and dryer were already giving out, They are beautiful and work excellent, we love the auto dispense future and the AI optiwash and dry. Also the app that tells us on our phone and watch how dirty or dry the clothes are and when its done. These are heavy compared to ones we have, my brother and I struggled getting them to the 2nd floor since the laundry room is on top.

I love this washer. Has many cycles to choose from. Plenty of room for a blanket or large comforter. Auto add detergents and the steam , sanitize function is a must for pet owners. Just remember to empty out the filter on bottom left to avoid standing water smell.

Great washer, got the matching dryer pair bluetooth compatable , steam wash removed crayons stains off of new clothes. Quiet , energy efficient, automatic soap and detergent dispenser and notifys you when its low overall great appliance made by samsung

We REALLY, REALLY like this washer. The AI Optiwash is so dope. Fill it up with washing detergent and fabric softener and you’re done worrying about poring liquid. I also use it to determine what time and temp to use to wash clothes, towels and all of our items. Best washer we’ve ever had.

We love our new Bespoke washer and dryer set! The AI Opti wash is the best feature, as it auto detects the load and sets the correct cycle and time, saving electricity and water. The Washer was scratched while being installed and they shipped a brand new one and swapped them out. 10/10 would recommend!

Fabulous washer. Clothes come out cleaner than any washer we have used before. The best part is, they smell great and you know they are super clean. The AI function tests the soil level several times during the wash, and continually adjusts the washing time to make sure the clothes come out clean.

This is a great washer with a huge capacity. We really like the automatic soap and softener dispensing and like the connectivity. It is timely to get notifications on our phones of completed cycles. The brushed navy is so dark it is almost black

Dishwasher works wonderfully when it is installed properly. Best Buy sent a guy and the guy didn’t install this one exactly right he simply installed the hot water going into the cold water sensor in the cold water going into the hot water sensor of the machine and come to find out these machines stand up to their quality by not freaking due to a mess up like this, and only had an error code once, but then have had the issue resolved not by Best Buy at all, but simply by switching the hook ups around to the proper outlet. Thank you for nothing Best Buy. I suggest you get new installers who take a little more pride in what they do other than making Best Buy millions of dollars .

I absolutely love it! The AI is fantastic . I love that it tells me when I need to add more detergent, and also alerts me if I leave the clothes in the washer to long. Large enough to fit bedding.

Best Buy had a great sale, and we ended up with a better washer than we are used to. This washer is attractive, easy to use, and get great results. It has a fast wash mode, and is pretty quiet to boot.

Love the ease of using the Smart Things app, it washes my clothes noticeably better than i thought it would, thinking a washer is a washer is a washer, but leaps and bounds better than other washers I've used and I save SO MUCH detergent and fabric softener with the auto dispense

Good so far. No issues and is very simple. I want simple, and to be able to set it and let it do what it needs to, it’s worth it. Water and sensors took a couple loads to adjust, but after that it’s been really nice to run it with no problems.

I have used a Samsung heat pump dryer before, which saves electricity and has a large capacity, and the quilt can also be dried. So I bought a laundry and drying set this time. It is as good as ever.
