The Samsung BESPOLE 5.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Smart Front Load Washer is absolutely fantastic. The cycles are great and it has an AI selection which will sense your load and create a cycle perfect for the fabrics and soil level. This is a great washer and makes your job keeping clothing clean and fresh easy.

My washer that came with the house went out. I did my research and my husband and I love Samsung items. Comparing against other top brains this was the winner. I haven bought the match dryer yet but that is next along with the bases.

We REALLY, REALLY like this washer. The AI Optiwash is so dope. Fill it up with washing detergent and fabric softener and you’re done worrying about poring liquid. I also use it to determine what time and temp to use to wash clothes, towels and all of our items. Best washer we’ve ever had.

We love our new Bespoke washer and dryer set! The AI Opti wash is the best feature, as it auto detects the load and sets the correct cycle and time, saving electricity and water. The Washer was scratched while being installed and they shipped a brand new one and swapped them out. 10/10 would recommend!

Fabulous washer. Clothes come out cleaner than any washer we have used before. The best part is, they smell great and you know they are super clean. The AI function tests the soil level several times during the wash, and continually adjusts the washing time to make sure the clothes come out clean.

Best Buy had a great sale, and we ended up with a better washer than we are used to. This washer is attractive, easy to use, and get great results. It has a fast wash mode, and is pretty quiet to boot.

This is a great washer with a huge capacity. We really like the automatic soap and softener dispensing and like the connectivity. It is timely to get notifications on our phones of completed cycles. The brushed navy is so dark it is almost black

I have the Bespoke washer and dryer set. Both units have broken within the first year - the dryer within a couple of months and the washer at the year mark. I have an extended warranty for both, so if you decide to get the set (which, I wouldn’t), make sure you do too. What I like is that I know on the app when the washer and dryer have finished and the auto dispenser for detergent. If the units didn’t break so easily, I’d recommend them.

I absolutely love it! The AI is fantastic . I love that it tells me when I need to add more detergent, and also alerts me if I leave the clothes in the washer to long. Large enough to fit bedding.

I love the design, it is easy to use with Smartthings.

Best set of washer & dryer I ever purchased I love it it’s fast quiet and has a lot of options and the color and body is just sexy love it high end appliance if you’re looking for a set that is awesome and a conversation piece this set is it everyone that sees it always ask me who makes it I have 6 family members that purchased the same set months after me

Good so far. No issues and is very simple. I want simple, and to be able to set it and let it do what it needs to, it’s worth it. Water and sensors took a couple loads to adjust, but after that it’s been really nice to run it with no problems.

I bought these to replace a 9-10 year old Samsung front-load set. The heavy duty cycle on the new set takes 2 hours, the old set was 1:40. The old set had a separate manual dispenser for fabric softener. The new one only has manual dispensers for bleach and detergent. The only way to use fabric softener is to add it to the auto-dispenser which poses a problem because I use different laundry products than my fiancé. This new design is idiotic. Also the touch controls are slow and cumbersome. The dial / button style on my old set was far superior, faster, and more precise. Very disappointed
