Dishwasher works wonderfully when it is installed properly. Best Buy sent a guy and the guy didn’t install this one exactly right he simply installed the hot water going into the cold water sensor in the cold water going into the hot water sensor of the machine and come to find out these machines stand up to their quality by not freaking due to a mess up like this, and only had an error code once, but then have had the issue resolved not by Best Buy at all, but simply by switching the hook ups around to the proper outlet. Thank you for nothing Best Buy. I suggest you get new installers who take a little more pride in what they do other than making Best Buy millions of dollars .

Good so far. No issues and is very simple. I want simple, and to be able to set it and let it do what it needs to, it’s worth it. Water and sensors took a couple loads to adjust, but after that it’s been really nice to run it with no problems.

I have used a Samsung heat pump dryer before, which saves electricity and has a large capacity, and the quilt can also be dried. So I bought a laundry and drying set this time. It is as good as ever.

It does a great job of cleaning my cloths. I have had a few Samsung appliances in the past and have always been pleased. I hope that this one serves me as well as the others.

Love my easy to use washer and dryers! Best purchase of the year. Easy install and looks great in laundry room. I would recommend to families looking for easy to use and smaller laundry room space.

This washer machine it’s amazing, I Can put plenty of clothes, and washes it great, and the best thing is that I can connect the washer to ny phone, and it automatically lets me know once the cycle’s complete.

Very happy with this purchase. It works fine and also dropped the power consumption by 40% at least compared with our old ones. Also the gift cards (150 USD) that came with the product from Best Buy brought the price below every other supplier on the net.

Love the ease of using the Smart Things app, it washes my clothes noticeably better than i thought it would, thinking a washer is a washer is a washer, but leaps and bounds better than other washers I've used and I save SO MUCH detergent and fabric softener with the auto dispense

Outstanding washer for the for time we can wash our king size comforter!

It works well and has a large enough capacity to fit all of the items I would need to wash.

Love everything about it!! I'm still learning the different programs and features, but the super speed heavy duty washes are a life saver with a family of 8 and the amount of laundry we've got. I love that the AI functions and auto distribution of soap allow me to not even think about - and the phone notifications make sure I never forget to switch the laundry!!

Very nice unit with clean digital controls. The slight extra capacity allows for bulkier items to fit slightly more comfortable in. Putting these on the stands raised the units to a perfect hight so it is not uncomfortable to unload.

works great with auto dispenser. dont have to worry about measuring it. washing cloths took all the guessing work out of laundry. You can even wash king comforter and all the bedding at the same time.

This has been great! the AI sensor has seen up really dirty laundry (blankets etc), then washed it a second time automatically! Now I'm sure all my clothes and blankets are as clean as they should be. Auto dispensing soap and softener makes it even easier to use and no more bottles sitting on top of the washer waiting to fall off. with the app, everyone in the house knows when the washer is in use, or done before bringing any laundry downstairs saving a trip. I Display is easy to read and pick options, or have setting sent from the app (like jeans) so it's ready to go.
