The drum has come apart and shakes violently when in the spin cycle. Contacting Samsung customer support tomorrow and inquire about the factory one year parts and labor warranty.

Liked my old Samsung better

The heavy duty cycle on the new set takes 2 hours, the old set was 1:40. The old set had a separate manual dispenser for fabric softener. The new one only has manual dispensers for bleach and detergent. The only way to use fabric softener is to add it to the auto-dispenser which poses a problem because I use different laundry products than my fiancé. This new design is idiotic. Also the touch controls are slow and cumbersome. The dial / button style on my old set was far superior, faster, and more precise. Very disappointed

This washer has automatic dispenser models that provide a four-compartment dispenser: two compartments for auto-dispensing and another part for manual input. With the automatic dispensing option on, the washer dispenses an adequate amount of detergent or fabric softener for each load.
For best results, use HE detergents only. Do not use non-HE detergent, organic detergent, natural detergent, or HE detergent with natural ingredients (such as vinegar, or baking soda).

Not what I was expecting

However, I’m not really satisfied with the way it washes. My clothes remain pretty wet even though I put it at the highest spinning cycle . You cannot adjust any of the presets cycles (by adjust I mean like the time ,the temperature, soiled level etc.) Therefore you’re pretty much stuck with the manual cycle and the short load cycle. Which on those two , you can make adjustments to spin level, time , heat level , etc etc .
