    This washer leaks! It’s leaked since I got it.

    This machine does a great job cleaning but it leaks!! I called & had a repair person come and he told me even a hair can make it leak to take a cloth ea time I wash and wipe the bottom of the door and the rubber seal. It’s a pain to do that every wash and it clearly doesn’t work.

    Shady installer

    Dishwasher works wonderfully when it is installed properly. Best Buy sent a guy and the guy didn’t install this one exactly right he simply installed the hot water going into the cold water sensor in the cold water going into the hot water sensor of the machine and come to find out these machines stand up to their quality by not freaking due to a mess up like this, and only had an error code once, but then have had the issue resolved not by Best Buy at all, but simply by switching the hook ups around to the proper outlet. Thank you for nothing Best Buy. I suggest you get new installers who take a little more pride in what they do other than making Best Buy millions of dollars .

    These won’t last long.

    I have the Bespoke washer and dryer set. Both units have broken within the first year - the dryer within a couple of months and the washer at the year mark. I have an extended warranty for both, so if you decide to get the set (which, I wouldn’t), make sure you do too. What I like is that I know on the app when the washer and dryer have finished and the auto dispenser for detergent. If the units didn’t break so easily, I’d recommend them.
