Nice washer but a little loud

The one complaint is that it is still pretty loud during the spin cycles, would have expected it to be quieter.

I accidentally hit something, and the language not only changed but also turned upside down. I have yet to get this issue corrected.

washer and dryer are great so far but!!!!!!!!

Rear feet on washer are not properly coated to prevent tile damage. Installation by Samsung (not BestBuy) was a nightmare. Took the extra parts and required parts away and cut the water hose on install. Installed the dryer so the vent had a S turn and it blew off first use. Rear feet on washer scrape the tile and impossible to push rear of washer. Navigating the Samsung site is a complete circle that gets you somewhere in space. Chat is mostly miss. You may get passed to 4 different people before they hang up on you. Good luck. Warranty is totally messed up. Site says one thing and the paperwork you get something else. BB and other local retailers are better on these items. I suggest you buy from Best Buy.
