I love the front load washer thanks for your service

i love my new washer. the shape provides a better look and more space.

I would rate this a little higher if we didn’t have issues with the door seal. Door seal has leaked and had to be replaced once and appears we may be having the issue again. It was replace free of charge but still an inconvenience. Water leaking on a newly laid floor. Outside of that, I have seen a decrease in water usage and electrical usage since buying the pair.

It washes well, but started leaking after 3 months. A good to get the warranty in case these type is issues happen. The app notification when it's done washing is a nice feature.

If you're reading this review, please please believe the bad reviews. I had a wonderfully functioning GE set that was 7 years old. It was starting to smell odd and no cleaner tabs fixed it. Instead of opting to open the drum and clean the outside, I opted to buy a new washer dryer set. Enter this Samsung set. Worst mistake ever. It's past the return window so I cannot return it. Let's break this down: Washer: The washer does not clean my clothes no matter the soil level or temp set. There's barely any water in the drum during the cycle, no wonder it doesn't clean. "Pre soak" doesn't help either. There are still stains and stink on my clothes that I did not have this result when using the old GE. Dryer: The clothes/sheets, etc., ball up in the dryer and/or don't tumble thoroughly like my old GE did. There are wet spots all throughout the clothes whilst other parts of the clothes feel over-heated. It's so strange. Now the worst part of all is the insane amount of piling that is happening on everything! I don't know which is culprit - washer or dryer, but it's bad. Significantly noticeable. Clothes I had washed for years in my GE suddenly have piling. I wish I didn't purchase this set. I should have simply bought the same GE set or cleaned the drum on my old washer. Maybe Best Buy will see my review and out of the goodness of their heart, let me replace this set with GE. Please consider :) Oh, another negative is the location of the child lock. It's several steps into the settings. My old GE just had a simple double button press.

I love this washer. It washes a load in half the time as my old washer and clothes come out sparkling clean.

Love it!! Wish they were higher off the ground but love them

At first I was overwhelmed with all the new technology. After getting familiar with all the bells and whistles, I like it a lot.

Only thing i have an issue with is i got the black brushed steel color and the face of the washer has some kind of chemical that was maybe used diring manufacuring that etch into front leaving streaking i cant get off

Not installed yet but after reading all the features, I love it already

Purchased this dryer & washer in 2023 and I love the functionality LOVE THE OPTIONS and you can manage this right from your phone.

The washer looks awesome and had no issues so far. I wish the automatic soap dispenser would be incorporated into all models and would not need an upgrade since this is premium model.

Excellent Washer. It senses whats in the load and does everything automatically for me. It also pairs with my phone so I get notified when loads are done.

Great product! Only complain was that it was slightly larger than last one we had so didn’t fit well in laundry room but looks very nice. They also initially gave us the wrong mounting bracket. When they replaced it for the correct one, the washer and dryer aren’t flush. The dryer is a little further back so it looks weird but it’s not a big deal.

Someone mentioned mildew, so i just leave the door open a bit after use and no issues. Been perfect for over a year now
