So far so good. It works fine as advertised. The annoying sound when the cycle completes is annoying. I'll try to figure out how to disable the sound beeps.

Purchased original version of this washer recently. Within 2 weeks, water started leaking through the bottom of the door. Chalked it up to the fact that the delivery guys didn't install it correctly and might have done something wrong (I pointed it out when they finished, and they told me I was wrong - second crew agreed with me) When it was leaking, I went back to the store and spoke to the manager. Manager was VERY helpful and understanding and arranged for a replacement, which took place in the next few days (approximatley 3 weeks ago). Low and behold, the door started leaking today on washer #2. After going through the absolute debockle of the ice maker issue with the Samsung refrigerator, I am thoroughly convinced that Samsung is WAY over their head and have no business in the applicance market. Go ahead and buy one, but don't say I didn't tell you so!

Samsung Bespoke 5.3 cứ Dr front load washer is the greatest washer I ever had.It automatically sense the number of minutes to wash for your load and it smells great wash after wash. I love it and highly recommended for those people with very busy schedule like because of its very big capacity.

This washer is a dream. The Brushed Black finish adds a sleek, modern touch to the laundry room, and the 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily handles large loads. Super Speed Wash is a lifesaver—fast cycles without sacrificing cleanliness. Steam helps lift stains and freshen fabrics, and it’s impressively quiet even during spin. SmartThings integration makes it easy to monitor and control remotely. A perfect match for the BESPOKE dryer and a smart upgrade all around.

So far, so good. No leaks. Decent size of a washer, and it's a good steel drum inside. Now, I'll admit some of its good points then bad points. On the plus side -- it is pretty quiet when running, and there's ample selections for wash cycles (for myself and my needs, I do USE the STEAM Cycle on certain loads -- clothing and bedding is a prime example of needing the Steam Cycle to thoroughly clean as well as sanitize your laundry while washing). The door itself is of sufficient size where you can read all parts of the drum itself. The things I'd definitely mention is you NEED the Pedestal for this one -- it is way too LOW to ground level to comfortably reach into the drum to load/unload your laundry. Sure, if below average height, this would be a good option (trust me, as someone taller than average and using a Wheelchair/Walker too -- this IS A big problem -- It's below my axle on my wheelchair/walker and it's way too LOW to the ground for me to access the door while standing (I'm in danger of a fall -- thus, I HAD to purchase the Pedestal to rise it higher and give me the Accessibility I need). I will mention that the touch pad is very sensitive -- you don't need to press hard at all. There's a spot to touch to turn your machine on, then there's the dial to turn for cycles, and finally, when you choose the cycle, to the right of that on the black touch pad you need to gently press and hold until the machine cycle starts. The little drawer is where you put in the Detergent, Bleach, Pretreat and the Fabric Softener Rinses. It doesn't need much at all. The cycles I use run about an hour each. I've noticed that my wash with this newer model is definitely getting all in the load washed (then again, I know how to load my washer properly and don't overload it at all). Also -- I'll mention here the kit for hookup to the Hot/Cold Water and the Drainage system in the residence. IT's the stainless type hoses (and they are long enough whereby you can pull out the washer and clean behind it when needed). The hoses should last a while (you just need to check them regularly, and turn off water source if you are leaving your house for any time like a day or more -- just be safe here and do it as a matter of practice).

I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke washer and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. It’s huge—like, I can throw in my bedding and still have room. It looks super sleek too, definitely not your average washer. The smart features are cool; it figures out how dirty your clothes are and adjusts everything on its own. I can even start it from my phone, which I didn’t think I’d use much but actually do. Only thing is, the spin cycle can get a little loud sometimes, but nothing crazy. Overall, it’s made laundry way easier and actually kind of satisfying.

We love this washer. Very easy to use, lots of options for wash cycles, runs quiet, also love that you can drain the water from the rubber seal after each load so you don't get the mold and mildew buildup that is common with frontload washers .Does a great job on all types of laundry. Also love the color and look of this model. A shout out to the guys who installed it as well. Fast , efficient and thorough. Same goes for the sales people we dealt with, also got a great price on both the washer, and the matching dryer.

The washer is pretty good, the only thing is the spin cycle is super loud/aggressive. you can’t put any detergent containers on the top or it’ll literally shake them right off. I saw all the other reviews about the annoying chime at the end when it’s finished, we had a good laugh about it but it doesn’t really bother us because it’s down the hall from our master bedroom. It is a long chime though.

Machine is great! Very quiet and efficient. Strongly recommend this product.
