Bought these because the old washer and dryer were already giving out, They are beautiful and work excellent, we love the auto dispense future and the AI optiwash and dry. Also the app that tells us on our phone and watch how dirty or dry the clothes are and when its done. These are heavy compared to ones we have, my brother and I struggled getting them to the 2nd floor since the laundry room is on top.

This is the most AMAZING appliance I have ever had. The digital display with its many functions and the smartness of the machine helps to save on electricity and only provides what the load calls for. Its quiet and even plays musical tones when finished. My personal favorite is the tennis shoe rack that sits nicely inside which allows the shoes to dry without tumbling around in the dryer. I highly recommend this machine and would purchase another one

I have had this dryer for about 1 month now. Overall it’s great. Very easy to use and the smart things app is a great feature. The only thing I have noticed is that when using the AI optidry option, some items come out damp - however, that may be due to the type/amount of things I put in there (clothes and towels and bed sheets) together.

If you are looking for an outstanding dryer that has multiple options and has AI settings, this is the dryer for you. The Samsung Bespoke is a fabulous model and it works exquisitely. It has features that are not on other models and your clothes, bedding, sneakers etc. come out beautifully and like new.

Amazing washer and dryer i would recommend you to get one

I purchased the set 2 months ago and I really really like them. I especially like the automatic dispenser and the part where you just throw the clothes in there and walk away and set them to start from your phone app for both washer and dryer. Or when it alerts you when the load is done. Alot of people complain about the sound it plays when its done but you can turn of sounds in the app and just receive notifications on your phone thru wifi. The only thing I can think of is I would of wished it had self leveling. This is the first time I've purchased Samsung washer and dryer appliances so lets see how well they hold up.

Beautiful and works great. Drys our clothes very fast! One warning, the material is very very thin on the outside and will dent with the slightest pressure. Its like an empty beer can for durability.

We were pleasntly surprized by the capacity of the unit. Very easy to start up.

The dryer is outstanding! For the first time we have been able to dry our comforter and mattress cover for our king size bed.

Bought this machine only a few months ago and already having problems drying. Water staining down the front of the machine, condensation all along the dryer door, and even on top of the control knob. Appears like the door seal is faulty, and or the heater doesn't work properly. Machine is intermittently putting itself into a pause mode. Called Samsung who setup a repair call for 7/23 12-4. Called to see where repair tech was since it was getting close to 4. They tell me it's 2-6pm, and yet at 6:10pm nobody showed. Texted Samsung only to have them tell me its their 3rd party repair company who is waiting for parts. I am livid, why confirm an appointment if you are not going to show up. No show, no call, no nothing. I wasted a whole day off for this and they can't even confirm for me when this company will respond or fix the machine. And now I'm left just waiting with a $1k new dryer that doesn't work.

Needed a bigger dryer and i absolutely love it also purchased the matching washing machine

It's so good the clothes it is very clean and have to many options for clean. Lovely things is you can control from the cellphone. So economy on energy

Great product. Very easy to handle and the direction to use is simple.

So easy to use, using the AI setting you can set it and forget it. Once it finishes you are notified. Very helpful for our busy lives.

I am a repeat Samsung customer. I have had an exceptional experience with the Bespoke. It is not as quiet as I expected but its performance has been very thorough.

We bought this dryer to replace a 15+ year old Samsung front loader. It has a ton of features and is pretty high tech. I give it only 3 stars because after the 1st month, it stopped spinning. I was beyond angry, $1000 dryer only lasted a month? The repair guy came out said it looked like the belt wasn't put on correctly at the factory and it spun itself off. He fixed it, and here we are 4 months later and its working fine, knock on wood.

Its quiet and dryes very well. Has sensors so it will end cycle when things are dry. If well installed vibration is minimum. Btw it's BEAUTIFUL

Huge capacity, smart dryer, and looks great. I just use the smart/AI setting and it does a great job.
