    Best buy is not good to order this item from if you really want this item you can order it thru amazon or samsung directly i had tried to order this item thru best buy on nov 8 2024 they was going to deliver it and install it on dec 20 2023 they never did deliver it on that day still waiting on it they had me on dec 20 to reschedule the appointment to deliver and install it on January 30 2025 well on waiting on this item i went on Amazon order this on dec 22 2024 and they deliver it in one week time on December 29 2024 way sooner then best buy its the best item but it was because of amazon not best buy

    Samsung -Bespoke washer dryer all in one unit

    The bespoke washer dryer could have been a winning situation however the dryer portion kept giving errors and the Samsung service company that was scheduled to repair it could NOT make that happen so a return was needed.

    I bought these to replace a 9-10 year old Samsung front-load set. I absolutely hate the touch screen controls and the stupid reminders about emptying the lint trap after each use. I bought the gas dryer vs electric because I read it was better / faster. This dryer is PAINFULLY slow compared to my electric dryer that it replaced!

      Filter reminder icon displays after every load as a reminder to clean the lint filter. It will appear whether your filter is already clean or not. On some models, it may blink in an extra effort to get your attention and remind you.

      Make sure to clean the lint filter before or after every load.

    It was the wrong size for my machine set. We have not received a refund for this purchase, nor any inquiries as to why we declined the delivery.

    Incomplete drying, especially of heavier (ie., jeans, sweat shirts). Have to rerun, or add a timed dry to finish just about every load. Manual suggests drying heavier items separately, which we do. But still shuts off prematurely, with some damp spots on clothing. Not happy for the $$$ spent.

    The pedestal that was ordered by the employee of Best Buy was the wrong one. The installers returned the item and said that the correct one would be ordered. I received a credit for the returned item but a new one has never been ordered.

    Was delivered damaged. It felt very flimsy. If you look online at the reviews on Samsung, this set is actually horribly reviewed. No clue why it's so high on Best Buy, but I believe the Samsung site reviews more than here. Really a craptastic machine for a premium price.

    this is a review of Best Buy customer service, not the dryer. Its going on 5 appointments to get the things I ordered delivered unbroken. I have wasted 5 days waiting on people. If you don't value our time, buy from them.. If you do value your time, look elsewhere!

    Purchased this item October 4th, 2023. After 3 months, we still did not receive the item. Delivery date is keep getting pushed back. Current delivery estimate is Feb 14, 2024.
