I have used several Chromebooks over the years and find this Samsung to be the best yet. Chromebooks are an excellent option and this Samsung is a better choice than a traditional notebook for most users.

Having purchased both the Samsung Chromebook Plus and the ASUS Chromebook C302 Flip it became apparent that the Plus had a more solid build. It is all aluminum whereas the C302 has a plastic palm rest and flexes more when you lift it from a corner. The screen hinges also wobble less on the Plus which is important for a convertible device. The C302 is without a doubt a nice Chromebook and I wanted to love it. I like the squared off styling, and the spacious, back-lit keyboard, and side-firing speakers are clear advantages over the Plus. The C302 is faster, but its performance should be compared with the upcoming Chromebook Pro and not the Plus. For some reason Best Buy continues to stock the slower C302 Pentium model and sells it for the same price as the Core M3 that other retailers carry. BB did carry the M3 for a few weeks, which I ordered. Unfortunately mine came with a manufacturing defect where the keyboard was bulging in the center. In the end, the Plus' amazing screen and solid build had me choosing it over the C302. It is "fast enough" for now and noticeably faster than the Toshiba Chromebook 2 (2014) and Acer Chromebook 14 I previously owned.

I upgraded from an old Acer chromebook. I was really attracted to the idea of android apps--mostly about being able to use Microsoft Word. Sadly, you can't use Word for some reason, even though there is an android app and even though I have a 365 subscription. So that's disappointing. But I imagine it will eventually be available. I'm sure that's not the only glitch in terms of app use. In the meantime, this is a little affordable powerhouse and we will do great things together.

Still new to this but have used it and so far it's worked out really well. Seems to do everything I could ask it to do for a mid range machine. Nothing spectacular but then again I'm not asking much of it.

My wife purchased one of these, and I quickly fell in love with this. I thought Chromebook was too limited in what it can do. This one is not at all that way. With the ability to run Android apps natively, the S-Pen, and the foldable touch screen, this is a great way to go. When I travel, this is all I need. It has all the ability to do the work I need it to, without the price tag of the Mac Ultrabook, or even the Surface line. Great device for 95% of what you need a computer to do.

I bought it for the purpose of transferring files from my old phone to new one and to have another way to access my accounts online but since it's not quite a laptop it I ended up returning it...not enough storage and for file transferring it's better to have Windows base system otherwise you run into compatibility issues which I did. Keyboard is not like laptop it didn't have certain keys readily available like the "end" key, or caps they are available through a short cut key so that threw me off. But it's good for internet browsing and apps which is very handy

I purchased this Samsung Chromebook to use for travel during football season. I prefer to travel with my Samsung View but it is very big and heavy. When I packed it in my suitcase I put my sneakers in the shoe slot and it created a dead pixel area on the screen. Since I absolutely love the Samsung View I decided to purchase something smaller and travel ready. I will have to adjust to the programming of the chromebook, it takes time to find the folders and storage space.

I have had this outstanding machine for over 2 years now. I am a power user and my main computer is a Surfacebook, however, I find myself using the chromebook more during the day. It is exceptional for browsing, Office 365, and cloud document work. I use an additional 265gb sd card, to store downloaded videos, documents and software from the web. I love this machine, it is good for all day use and only charge it every other day.

Great laptop/tablet for college student. Comes with ability to get Google Play store apps and received a $20 google play card for purchasing! Google Docs is great too. No problems with this product!

This is my second Chromebook and I used this one to replace both my older Chromebook and a Nexus 9 tablet. The fact that this CB runs android apps makes it the perfect replacement for both of those.

I was torn between replacing an old tablet and buying a new laptop. This is the best of both! I love that I can have a laptop and tablet all in one. It works great and was a steal at under $400!

Great Chromebook that can be used as a tablet as well. No complaints, so glad I bought it (my 4th Chromebook), just wish there was a protection for the keyboard when you use it as a tablet.

This product is easy to use and allows us to get homework done and it is small and easy to store

This Chromebook is great for the price.of course there is a Pro version coming out soon but that will be about $100 more. The fact that Android apps will be coming to the chrome OS world is a nice touch but I feel we're a long way from it working flawlessly. This particular Chromebook works well. It's a bit laggy with some apps and the pen has a minor lag as well. Hopefully updates will fix the issues but Google is known to make it's customers beta testers.

The Samsung chromebook pro is really great. It has a nice display, good battery life and it is quite fast.

This one of the best devices that I have ever brought. I highly recommend buying this. The screen is screen and you can add a micro SD card should you need extra storage. I love it and the price point is unbelievable. If you buy an Ipad Pro 12.9 inch screen add the keyboard and the apple pencil that equals $1,050 so believe me you are getting an incredible deal.

We're an Apple family, mostly, but like having a Chromebook around for travel/kids use. Some applications work best (or only) on a full browser with keyboard. This Chromebook has a screen that doesn't leave a Mac user feeling shortchanged. The only drawback is the lack of responsiveness in tablet mode for drawing/taking notes. The stylus moves a little ahead of the ink. I attribute this to a lack of overall processing power. Over all a very solid computer.
