Good laptop at a fair prices. Down side is you have to have a Google certified printer.

We compared the quality of the Samsung Chromebook Plus vs many of the cheaper alternatives. The screen and build quality of the Samsung were far beyond the other models. The Chromebook plus cost a bit more but will last much longer. Definitely a better value.

I really like the Chromebook plus. The stylus is great. I have been using it to take notes in class and it has worked better than I expected. The screen is an odd shape (square instead of the typical widescreen). That is not much of a problem and I don't really notice it when watching videos anymore. Mine does have a problem though. When watching a video for a few minutes the speakers start to crackle. This happens even when on mute. At first it only happened every once in a while. It recently started happening more frequently. Working with Bestbuy and Samsung to resolve has been a frustrating experience. Just be aware that if you purchase this and there is a hardware issue (even within 30 days of purchase) it will not be replaced.

This chromebook has been great for the internet and for the kids and their homework.

Works like the perfect large sized iPad. Built in keyboard. What’s not to love?

I am still unsure to the Chrome OS so I have the Samsung Plus a try. I must admit this device does tempt me to completely switch. If I am honest, I am very superficial because looks and feel alone makes me love this device. I am really impressed with how smooth it operates, using Tablet mode to read comics is an amazing experience, and the weight of it feels like a feather. Where I still don’t feel the Chrome OS because I am so used to Windows. The lack of sufficient space (32gb) is not enough to sell me on this. I am new to usb-c and having to get an adaptor to stick out just doesn’t feel right. Also it was somewhat awkward holding it in Tablet mode. I purchased a hard shell case which can cover the keyboard when using it this way. Overall, if you are new to the Chromebook experience, Samsung’s Plus and Pro models are a good starting point.

Purchased for my 7 year old son. Computer is easy to navigate. Virus protection is excellent. Google playstore fits my son's educational and entertainment needs. Only negative is I'll have to get a usb c attachment to fit hdmi and usb A peripherals.

I was looking for a new PC as my current PC was slowly going south. I realized that the vast majority of my time was spent on line. I looked at a number of options this fit it perfect. Easy setup, easy to use and plenty of online support from various forums etc...

My daughter needed a computer at home for schoolwork, and this was a great low-cost option that fit her needs. She can use it for word processing and internet access, and having the touch screen eliminates the problem of trying to use a mouse with a laptop.

Love this chromebook plus. It is my second chromebook in a 4 year stretch and have no regrets with buying it. The convertible feature is very useful for media consumption and add the touch screen, it is the perfect vehicle when using the play store android apps!

My first laptop. Did a lot of shopping around before I decided on this one. I like how the screen folds completely open so it can sit on my lap on trains. I travel all around the world with this guy.
