I like how it is fast to responds to your needs. I just don't like the fact that I can't put notes on the desktop. The camera quality can be better. Overall super fast and I like the touch screen that you can flip it back and forth.

Bought it for a gift. Hoping the receiver of the item will like it.

A great Chromebook to have for middle schoolers , great performance.

1. Only after a day of owning it, the screen would randomly spaz out, clicking random spots on my screen and crazily scroll up and down like a computer gone mad..... all while constantly opening new tabs about every second. I could set it down, not even touch it and this would go on forever until I turned it off. This happened a few times a day and was the main reason I returned it. 2. The touchpad is pretty bad (or maybe just mine). For some reason it was such a challenge just to click and drag something. The cursor would either not click initially, or would stop working halfway through the drag. And I kept my device clean so it wasnt because it was dirty. 3. The outside scratches so easily. The is the most fragile piece of tech Ive ever had as far as resistance to scratching. 4. This is completely my fault but it doesnt have a regular USB port. I use a regular flash drive for my colleges computers. I guess there is a solution however, just get a Type C to Type B adapter. 5. The backspace key is infuriating. Its so small compared to every other keyboard Ive ever used, I would accidentally click the "+/=" key 90% of the time (cause thats usually where the backspace key is). I dont know, maybe you could get used to it. I know I just bashed it but of course there are Pros too.. 1. Beautiful screen 2. Has the google play store which I loved 3. Works great in tablet mode 4. Samsung pen works well 5. Battery Life is fantastic 6. Thin and lightweight I felt kinda sad returning it because I wanted to love it. But I just had too many issues. Hopefully the pro version will be more refined.

It is a very simple laptop, it has enough power to run day to day student basic needs. Never seems to lag, heat up, or make any fan noise. Pen is very nice as well. Only annoyance is the Chromebook needs to connected to internet at all times

If you love Android, this is the best chromebook for the price.

Can't rate this as it is a Christmas present for my granddaughter.

This is my second chromebook I have owned upgraded from an Acer. This one supports android apps and has great resolution. The battery life is around 9 hours for me. Overall I would say it is a good chrombook for the price.

it is working great with BB traded-in program that took off $100.

I returned this chromebook to the BB store I bought it at because of 2 main reasons. 1) The keyboard feels very low quality and after a few days of use, I was worried it would not last and 2) This unit is lacking keyboard back lighting, which for this price is needs to have this.

I have had it about a month and I love it. It meets all my needs.

This is such a great buy. I am very satisfied with this product.

The picture/screen quality is top notch. It is a Chrome Book, so there are some known limitations going in but this is a great addition at a reasonable price. Wait for it to go on sale as it seems to have a $50 off every so often.

I love that it has a touchscreen display and is so easy to use. The only thing thou is that I haven’t got around to using the pen because I don’t know how to use it yet. It’s very light and I like that it has the playstore
